Casteel installed a new AC unit, furnace, and water heater. Brian and Ezekiel arrived at 6:59 for my 7am appointment. Unfortunately due to some miscommunication within the company the equipment did not arrive until a few hours later. Once it was here they did a top notch job installing it. They do great work and are very friendly. My only complaint is that they will need to make a return visit to install a steam humidifier and whole house surge protector that did not get delivered today.

We’ve now worked with Casteel twice, nearly a decade apart, and both experiences have been excellent. Back in 2017, one of our two HVAC systems (both over 10 years old at the time) failed and needed replacement. After doing a lot of research and comparing options, we chose Casteel. The installation went smoothly, and that system has been running reliably ever since. Fast forward to 2026, when our second system finally gave out. We again gathered quotes from multiple companies, but our experience with Casteel stood out right away. Adam Piper took the time to thoroughly inspect our system and clearly explain what we actually needed. There was no pressure or upselling, just honest, straightforward guidance. What really impressed me was that he also evaluated the system Casteel installed in 2017 and identified ways to improve its performance under warranty. That level of care made the decision easy for us. On installation day, Mitchell Hughes and Jason Carver arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient, professional, and very respectful of the fact that I was working from home. They also took the time to walk me through how everything works and made sure I was comfortable operating the new system before they left. As a nice surprise, I later found out that Jason was actually the one who installed our first system back in 2017. Adam, Mitchell, and Jason were all outstanding—professional, friendly, and patient with all of our questions. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We have full confidence that our system was installed correctly and are looking forward to many years of reliable performance. I would absolutely recommend Casteel to anyone looking for honest guidance and quality workmanship.

I want to recognize Justin Jones for the exceptional service he provided during his recent visit on 18 June 2026. From the moment he arrived, Justin was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my light switch and electrical system to ensure everything was operating safely and efficiently. Justin clearly explained the cause of the problem, identified why my light switch was emitting a burning smell, and resolved the issue quickly and correctly. His attention to detail and expertise gave me complete confidence that the repair was done right. In addition to addressing my immediate electrical concern, Justin discussed several home safety improvements, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as water leak sensors, to provide even greater protection and peace of mind. The team of Jason and Jake were very professional. They went out of their way to keep me informed of everything they were doing. I actually enjoyed being out there with them. I feel like I have a better understanding of how my new system works. They took the time to clean up the work areas and left no mess for me to have to clean up. I would highly recommend Casteel and would not hesitate to call for any additional repairs that I may have.

I was very pleased with the rapid turnaround of service. I had a backed up toilet. I called in the morning & 2 hours later the service tech (plumber) arrived! He explained the diagnostic process, the pricing, the possible outcomes & options for remedy. Tommy was pleasant, professional & quick with the fix. He also made recommendations to address any future issues. I will definitely use Casteel again! They really are there for you in an emergency!
