“Rjw was my first bid on the project, and while their costs seemed high, the level of work my home needed justified all the recommendations improvements and expenses. The sale team was courteous and listened to my needs but the install team where the real rock stars. Guys where fast, worked hard, and took good care of my property for what I knew was going to be a hard job. Even the few little mishaps were addressed quickly by the Project Manager and made right to my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the work product and the huge update to my home.”

“An odd-shaped series of windows (5 casement windows of decreasing sizes to form a diamond shaped set of windows) was being replaced with a more traditional set of 2 double hung windows and 1 picture window. The siding was removed and re-cut and expertly re-installed. The result was an installation that looks like the new windows were always there.”

“My one day full roof replacement took 4 days on my 1400 sq ft house. A crew of 3 were sent when there should have been 4-5. My project manager at the start was barely onsite and when asked why it was taking so long the response was “I don’t know”.The crew cut away plywood before I even had a chance to see it needed replacing and when I asked for pics from the PM there was no evidence to support the replacement. Because it now needed to be replaced I had no choice but to be forced to pay extra. He goes on leave of absence mid project and I have to now speak with the production manager over a holiday weekend to try to understand why after day 2 the job still wasn’t completed. Again the reply was “I don’t know”. Tuesday a new PM was assigned who was much better with communication but he tore a window screen during clean up and had I not noticed I’m not sure it would have been fixed. My flower bed was completely destroyed as the tarps they put up were never secured to the lawn so all the debris fell around the period my house instead of away.You did reimburse me but the hassle of needing to buy new plants and fix what was damaged was not what i signed up for. The entire experience was terrible including so many changes to my contract that needed to be resigned at least 5-6 times. Truly disappointed with your company.”
