“The sales process and the installation were good, but they never followed through with the final piece they were supposed to do for us. It was a piece that they kind of sold us on, so we purchased it, but we still haven't heard back about when that will be installed.”

“If you pick the most popular color, have a back-up color because we had to wait a couple of months before that color arrived. Plus, they destroyed a plant. We have a slate roof, and my mother's pink plant was destroyed because of the slate roof pieces coming off. They made it good in the end.”

“The Salesman was okay — he claimed my roof “probably would not need additional plywood.” However, the cost of the additional plywood added another $8K to my initial project estimate which put me over budget. The Project Manager, Rich was very helpful and reachable anytime I had a question regarding the project. The workers were VERY KIND and responsible when they were working on my property. Additionally, they cleaned up very nicely after leaving (making it seem like they were never there). Excellent and professional team.”

“Not positive yet. Just had my roof done. They were supposed to put gutter guards on ALL my gutters. They did not put them on my sunroof gutters. They also left big divots in my driveway from the huge dumpster they put down because they did not put wood under the dumpster feet. They also did not pick up the wire mesh pieces that I assume were part of the old gutter guards. Just signed a contract to have my siding replaced. We shall see how that pans out.”
