"While our latest experience with RJW was good, there were a few hiccups along the way. The sliding patio door must not have been checked in properly when it arrived at RJW from the factory because it was not the door we ordered and this was not picked up before our old door was taken out and this door fully installed. That issue was corrected and we like the door we chose and the final install all the trim but the locking mechanism still does not operate smoothly and two hands are needed to fully shut and lock the door. On the plus side, the new kitchen window is so much better than the one it replaces and it is a joy to look out into the back yard."

"There was an issue with our storm door order. It was somehow manufactured wrong. I donāt blame you for that but there was zero communication about what the problem was, how long it would take to replace, and the project manager constantly ignored calls and texts. Nobody seemed to know what the problem was. It took over a month to get it figured out. We had to initiate contact multiple times. Nobody ever bothered to reach out to give us updates or explain what went wrong."

"I recently had RJW replaced my roof. This is an amazing company that took great care with doing the job right from beginning to end. In beginning of the job they explained exactly what they were going to do in detail, even to the end where how cleanup would be done. Jim, my project manager was great. He gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I had concerns or problems. After the job was done every single thing was completed to perfection and in a total professional way. The day after the dumpster was picked up Jim sent out someone (I think his name was Rich) to make sure that everything (nails, shingles etc) were cleaned up. The next day, Jim himself came out and also preformed a clean up check, reviewed the installation with me and to address any questions that I may have. I couldn't have been more impressed that how much effort was being done to ensure that the high standards of job performers are done to perfection. RJW's cost for a roof replacement was competitive, and when getting the upgraded CertainTeed product (considered the best on the market) which they installed, and considering their many 5 star reviews I seen, it became the best option for me. I highly recommend RJW because not only of their team of professional and friendly staff and employees but mainly of the quality of their work they have preformed."

"At the end of the day I think I would recommend RJW, but I'm on the fence. It was a large project and all big projects have their issues and challenges. There were a few things that were concerning in this process that have left me feeling a bit uneasy about the future durability of the windows and the project itself. I also think the windows themselves were overpriced. Foyer window was originally delivered as double hung when it was supposed to be picture. You made that right, just calling it out. Basement windows were not included in project, although I was told by our salesperson that they were. Shame on me for not going through the perspective contract with a fine tooth comb, I was just trusting that he captured the request. We added, had to incur additional cost. The quality of these windows is VERY poor. Plastic hardware that has already broken and needs to be replaced (Jim is aware and ordered it), and will likely break in the future. Provides very little security. This was disappointing and I would not recommend you sell this type of window going forward. Our ENTIRE original project team was fired or left the company. Tyler was our original PM. The crew that installed the majority of our windows was fired due to lack of quality in their work, I heard mostly around Doors. Although I was assured our windows are in good shape, this definitely has me concerned and is unsettling when I think about the amount of money invested in the project. I could be driving a Porsche ;) New project team led by Jim did a great job. Appreciate Jim's patience as we solutioned the foyer window outside capping (still in progress). We chose to do black painted windows, which essentially doubled the cost of the project. I love the look of these windows today, but it's evident to me already that these windows will be an issue down the road with scuffing/scraping and I'm sure at some point will have to be repainted. Sigh. I guess that's a topic for a different day, and maybe a different homeowner. Lastly, after spending $60K, the windows are still dirty. There is PVC inside all of the window sills that needs to be vacuumed and handprints, suction cup markings, and sticker residue on some."

"My one day full roof replacement took 4 days on my 1400 sq ft house. A crew of 3 were sent when there should have been 4-5. My project manager at the start was barely onsite and when asked why it was taking so long the response was āI donāt knowā.The crew cut away plywood before I even had a chance to see it needed replacing and when I asked for pics from the PM there was no evidence to support the replacement. Because it now needed to be replaced I had no choice but to be forced to pay extra. He goes on leave of absence mid project and I have to now speak with the production manager over a holiday weekend to try to understand why after day 2 the job still wasnāt completed. Again the reply was āI donāt knowā. Tuesday a new PM was assigned who was much better with communication but he tore a window screen during clean up and had I not noticed Iām not sure it would have been fixed. My flower bed was completely destroyed as the tarps they put up were never secured to the lawn so all the debris fell around the period my house instead of away.You did reimburse me but the hassle of needing to buy new plants and fix what was damaged was not what i signed up for. The entire experience was terrible including so many changes to my contract that needed to be resigned at least 5-6 times. Truly disappointed with your company."

He kept my husband in the loop and answered any questions we had while we were away. "While the actual windows are beautiful, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness or caution demonstrated by the crew. Our kitchen was left coated with a thick layer of dust and nearly 20 nails/screws were found outside beneath the new window, where our 5 year old plays. Additionally, one of our window frames was cracked during installation and will need to be replaced. A screen was also torn. The financing process was not smooth; many phone calls were necessary just to pay our bill! The overall result is a vast improvement...just wish there weren't as many bumps in the road to get there."

They listened to what I had to say, addressed every issue, answered every question. A schedule was prepared and followed. Communication couldn't be easier; always talking to a person - not a machine. Materials were of the highest quality and installed with care. Every effort was made to perform at peak performance with complete consideration for my property. All three projects were completed to perfection. My property was left in perfect condition. The cost may be a bit higher than some other companies, but after having a terrible experience with one of those, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I would recommend RJW to anyone in an instant. I believe they are a superior company who wants to meet every expectation of their customers and who makes every effort to do just that."
