“The sales, office staff and project manager were great. The workers that did the job did some damage which was taken care of but should not have happened. RJW took care of all of the issues but if they had just taken a little care in prepping the area there wouldn't have been a problem.”

“Rjw was my first bid on the project, and while their costs seemed high, the level of work my home needed justified all the recommendations improvements and expenses. The sale team was courteous and listened to my needs but the install team where the real rock stars. Guys where fast, worked hard, and took good care of my property for what I knew was going to be a hard job. Even the few little mishaps were addressed quickly by the Project Manager and made right to my satisfaction. Very satisfied with the work product and the huge update to my home.”

A few years ago she asked for recommendations for a sliding glass door. When I was ready to replace mine, I called her to ask who she got.
