We were very satisfied with Global Home Improvement for our window replacement . We wanted Marvin windows and thru my research I found this company . Patrick Butler- a representative came to our house with information on the windows - explained how they would be installed and answered all our questions. The windows came in sooner than I thought and were installed in 2 days. We also had a sliding glass door installed . The installers did a great job - put blankets down so our carpet didn’t get messed up . They cleaned up afterwards. We may consider them to replace our siding as well . Highly recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience with Global Home Improvement. Their customer service was excellent, starting from the initial sales consultation all the way through to the completion of the installation. The installers were not only prompt and courteous but also displayed a high level of knowledge about their work. Furthermore, they maintained a neat and tidy work area throughout the entire project. I definitely recommend Global Home Improvement!

Our new windows are absolutely gorgeous. The workers were super considerate and respectful. The job was done in a timely fashion. And everything was perfectly clean when they were done. We did have one minor question.And they quickly sent someone out to address our concern. Everything is now absolutely perfect. Sometimes getting someone to come out to address your concern is just as important as their original service.

They were very responsive to all our questions and concerns throughout the whole process. The installers were very efficient and highly professional. We also love the fact that they were not pushy when it comes to sells. They also respected our ideas and choices and provided us with honest constructive feedback. Love dealing with John and Serge…took their time and explained everything. We are very confident that they will be there when we need them. Again we were super amazed with how fast they completed the entire project. We highly recommend Global and would totally use them again. Temperature inside house well within range with little help from the furnace now…LOVE IT!! totally worth every penny.

We needed to get a new roof a little over 2 years ago and found Global mainly because we were looking to install a metal roof. Maury was our salesperson and he did an excellent job making sure we understood everything about the project and getting us the best deal possible. The team who came and did the roof were true artisans and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend Global to anyone looking to put on a new roof, especially a metal one. We finally have peace of mind that we won’t have any leaking for our lifetime and hopefully beyond.
