Sales rep and owner Jim Rhubart was very quick with his responses and professional, able to accommodate my requests accordingly and within my budget. Project manager Billy communicated with me throughout the entire process and was accurate with what he said. Also Eric was very communicative thru the entire process! Overall team was very quick and efficient, excellent work. We would recommend the company!

The Jim Rhubart representatives (George the salesman, Eric the production coordinator, and Billy the project manager) were experienced professionals - knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and courteous. Each of them afforded me individualized attention, following through with all details I requested. The workmen were on time, polite, hard-working and efficient. The roof was replaced with a high-quality seven-step process with long-term guarantees. Clean-up was complete. This is a somewhat pricey but highly reputable service - you get what you pay for: (They did give me a nice cost reduction for paying out-of-pocket =) I cannot recommend these roofers more highly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an exceptional experience with Jim Rhubart Roofing from start to finish. Freddy and Jim were awesome!!!! The crew arrived right on time at 8:00 AM and had our entire new roof completed by about 4:00 PM — same day, no delays, no issues. Their customer service and workmanship were truly five-star. From the initial quote last week to the final cleanup today, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and at a fair, honest price. It’s rare these days to find a company that shows up when they say they will and delivers exactly what they promise — but this team absolutely did. The installation was flawless, the crew was respectful and hardworking, and the results speak for themselves. We couldn’t be happier and will highly recommend Jim Rhubart Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. Outstanding job all around! We appreciate you!!!!

My son left a review but I wanted to leave one myself to explain how satisfied I am with the projects. Sales rep George was amazing he explained everything to me, took his time, and was very knowledgeable I had both a roof and windows done to my home. Billy the project manager kept me abreast with the project from beginning to end, he was also very patient with me and answered all my many questions! My home looks beautiful thanks to Jim Rhubart Roofing! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof, windows, gutters, doors, siding! I’m 100% sure you’ll be satisfied!

Sales rep George was great everything was done in a timely matter!Billy the project manager was great also communication was on point! Eric was amazing also! We would recommend this company they got it done in 1 day! Our front porch We have different plans for! Awesome experience
