The screen is not good, no one has called us, and we have not had the time to call either because of personal issues. But no one has reached out in a week, so we are a little disappointed.”

The salesperson stickered all the windows that had to be removed, and there was a sticker on the kitchen window, but they did not bring it. I had to pay extra for them, so my price went up because they did not have a window. I signed for getting that window, so I would not recommend that, but everything else I would recommend.”

“Our roofing project has been a nightmare from the start. The only bright spot was the salesman (Daiton) who was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. After that, it went rapidly downhill. There was an issue with the dumpster (did not arrive before start of project, although I contacted Power about that fact the day before)... the crew arrived, did not tarp the pool (as I had requested, because it was right next to the garage which was also being done)... when they were done and the "quality assurance" guy arrived (Brian Friere) we informed him that the garage roof had not been done as it was written in our contract, and we were paying for - the complete re-deck, with exhaust and ventilation - all that was done was new plywood slapped on top of the old, and shingles - with ZERO ventilation system installed AT ALL (no ridge vent, nothing). Brian immediately made some phone calls, offered us $2500 off the total cost and promised us that someone would contact us regarding the fix. Next day, get a visit from Mike (supervisor) who glances around, says its an easy fix and says that $1500 off should be sufficient. Since then, he cancelled DAY OF the first scheduled fix (oops, sorry he forgot to schedule the crew).... re-schedules for the following week, I take another day off, and he cancels AGAIN the day before, oops, sorry can't do it. Yesterday he promises to come over after 5pm when we are both available, and CANCELS AGAIN AT 8PM. Now we have closely looked around and there are some TERRIBLE crappy work spots - area on the front of the house where the flashing is ON TOP of the gutter and the wood is exposed - there's a spot on the garage where the flashing looks like someone stepped on it - there's a broken shingle on the front of the house - and the clean up was awful, very half-assed and the amount of nails laying around was insane. I am currently awaiting ANOTHER call from "Mike the supervisor" to re-schedule another visit. To say I am angry and frustrated is an understatement. At this point, I have ZERO faith in the company's ability to remedy this shitty job - and I will be discussing payment, because I am not paying the original price when what I got was about 3/4 of the job done, and that wasn't done well. I absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Power Home Remodeling for any home project.”

I have dogs and if they ate that there would be a lot of problems. We had trouble getting managers out to double check the job of the workers after we told them some products were incorrect and when they finally came out (between 1-2 weeks after our initial notice, they realized we were right and corrected their mistake. Some of the guys over the phone were rude mentioning that jobs weren't done well because their contractors aren't paid enough.”

Additionally, when the dumpster was there, it was too full, they could not removed it. For two nights in a row a bear was coming and removed trash onto my driveway from the dumpster. To have the dumpster removed , I agreed to place all the cardboard inside my shed because the dumpster it was attracting bears to my property. They removed the dumpster but my property looks terrible with the supplies laying down on the driveway. After reaching out to Manager Mike he took action and had the supplies removed on 8/20/2025. Thank you Mike!!”

“The replacement windows we received had far less glass than the original windows - especially the Kitchen window. The project manager who came after the windows installation just said that's what you get for the price of the Power Remodeling windows. This should be explained and displayed BEFORE the homeowner makes his decision! The same project manager as above told us that the wood beneath existing siding was rotting. It wasn't. See below.”

However, our install date and time was changed multiple times and the day they finally came was in the evening during a window we never would’ve chose because it made it impacted our kids schedules. They finally wrapped up just after 9PM. We were told someone would come by to inspect quality and they also cancelled on us and never called back to reschedule.”

“The install teams were professional and friendly. They confirmed all was done and working as a Pella window should. We have had issues with latches, The screws are stripped and that has not gone well. The service team did a nice job on the screws they found that were stripped. Each latch has four screws and while some were corrected there are still 18 latches that have one or more screws stripped. Also a window that needed to be replaced as part of the call will not align with the upper sash latch to close. This certainly is not what I expected from Pella windows. I have since called customer service Madeline and Matt who were both understanding of my issue and said they would send a follow up email to the manager in Philadelphia to call me to discuss. Unfortunately I still have not heard from anyone. Our window install (29) went well however the Service call has not. I am rapidly losing faith in Power and this should not be the way this project is remembered.”
