“I had a problem with gutters that I wasn’t aware of. Heavy rains had overflowed and rotted the boards so they were pulling loose and leaving big cracks for water to come in and cause more damage. New board where needed, fascia, soffit, and gutters. Very high quality materials and workmanship. It makes the house look newer and raises the curb appeal.”

“I felt pressured to do more. I was very pleased with the quality of the product, but would caution others to be prepared for high pressure sales methods.”

“There has been just one thing nagging me. So, when they installed the roof on Saturday, we had snow on Sunday, the snow started melting by Monday. By Monday, I had a leak where I never had a leak before and decided to upgrade my roof. They came in, they fixed it. At least they thought they did. Then, as the snow continued to melt, there was other leaks. So, I called them back again and said, look, here is another error that they completely missed. They sent them back out again to take care of it. To this very day, the sheetrock where the water came down, is still sold up with water, it lifted up the paint in that mudroom area. So, I am a little disgruntled about that because they haven't come back out to repair that or do anything. And because I have a lot of other things on my table that I am taking care of, I haven't had the chance to get back around to reminding them, because I sent them the videos of it as it was happening and when it was happening. This is what took place, and this is the damage. They said it was going to take care of it, so far, nobody has taken care of it. I paid them in full, over $29,000. This job, they have not returned back, so I don't know how I even feel taking thing survey right now.”

“They seemed to do nice work but left a heck of mess when they left. The only thing I don't like, is they schedule a stop without considering the homeowner's schedule. I would like to have them come when I want them to come. No, they wouldn't come.”
“I presented them with the problem on Monday, and they have yet to call me back. They got my check and emailed me Friday night after they got the check, and they said it is my responsibility for the funds to be available. I said I did my part, and I had a problem with one of the doors they installed, and I have yet to receive a call back.”

There is a reason we agreed with them to not to complete the entire project. I want to see if this is what we agreed upon and were promised. It is just a matter of time. I do not know if any issues will be completed. If you call me in 3 months then maybe I will have an opinion. We have more than 20 windows. We have only done 10. Phase one was agreed to, signed off, and completed. We have 20 plus windows. They tried to sell me on day one 20 windows. Price wise not knowing them and not having previous experience with them, we decided to start with the first 10 windows. The rest we will decide on after this project.”

I have a quarter-inch movement that is allowing air through, and they said it's fine, and there is no draft but there is.”
