“1. I made it clear to the salesman that I wanted the largest replacement window possible. My home is very dark. My home had large pieces of wood that transition from the window to the walls of the house. These wood filler pieces were excessively large (1 1/2"). I asked that it be reduced to 3/4". In the Middle room the bulkhead was increased to 2 x 4. With that there was still a 1" gap at the top of the window (I have a picture.) The Salesman and another Power employee measured the windows. I seemed to me that leftover windows from other jobs were use on my house. 2. The back room had a water leak my entire life. Yes, I grew up in this house. When the men removed the window, I looked at the wood and it was COMPLETELY rotted and termite eaten. "I" pull out most of the wood, leaving a piece at the base of the window, I asked the men to remove it, while I went to Lowe's to get AZAK plastic wood. I ask them to replace the rotted wood with the AZAK. They did NOT! they replaced it with 2x4's. If any eggs were left behind, the termites will continue to eat this new wood. 3. A piece of flashing located above the back window was lifted by the workers. They just left it sticking up and out. I call Power and they sent the workers back to fix it, HOWEVER, they made it worse by putting a big hole in the flashing. I want the flashing on the back of my house to be fixed by an experienced flashing contractor. 3. Only one man spoke some English, there for I could not communicate to any of the workers. 4. The back and front of the house was left a mess with a lot of glass, wood and expandable foam left all over the ground and fig tree. I have to small dogs that could have been injured by the glass. As the men packed up in the dark, I was asked to sign some form that I could not read. 5. Earl Symore came to the house to see if I was satisfied with the install. However, he did not listen to the above complaints, he did a HARD SALE for new projects, I agreed to an attic insulation install to get rid of him. When I cancelled the projects, he came back to my house. I felt PRESSURE reinstate the projects. 6. I'm disappointed, I have a second home at the shore that needs windows desperately and I was hoping that Power would be able to do that project. But I'm not impressed.”
“As far as the installation, it's good, but the follow-up is very poor when something is wrong.”

I would definitely recommend them.”
“The finished project looks beautiful.”
“Although it seemed pricey at first (what isn’t these days), you get what you pay for and I am quite happy and satisfied with the end results. The new windows look great and I know I will enjoy them for many years to come. The process from beginning to end was easy and flawless! Thanks PHR!”

“I had my windows done and I was very satisfied. The salesperson and installation were good. I had a bay window installed after that. I was happy with the job. The gentleman that installed it was great, as well as the salesman. A gentleman came later that night and looked at the job. He told us that the house needed to be resided because the plywood was rotting. My husband is a disabled Veteran and was unable to go look. We agreed to have it done and he said we would need between 10-12 pieces of plywood. The siding came and there was no plywood. I didn't think anything of it. No plywood was ever used. There was no rot. We had our house resided when we really didn't have to. That was really upsetting. I spoke to the person in charge and he said the person couldn't see it all, but he did see some that was rotten. We now have our house sided and we refinanced it. He said they would credit us for the plywood. My husband said that's not okay. We wouldn't be credited for the labor. He said he gave us a credit to begin with. It didn't have anything to do with being deceived. It's a separate thing as far as I'm concerned. The credit was put there to get us to go through the deal. My husband is aware of what that would cost to have plywood. He spoke with someone else about it. We should've gotten credit for the plywood and the labor to install it. The guys that did the work were nice and couldn't have done a better job. It was a very unfair thing to do to someone that served their country and is disabled. There was no issue with the gutters. We spent a fortune to have the windows put in. We were deceived by being told that we needed siding when we really didn't need it. It's beautiful and we love it though. My husband was a builder.”
“Power home remodeling team was professional fast and clean. The windows and door are beautiful.”
“Very friendly and thorough”
“They left wood all over my house and I stepped on a nail. It went almost completely through my foot. They drilled holes in my roof and didn't patch it right until I called. They never emailed me back about complaints. They broke a light and didnt change it. One part of the deck doesn't look right. They wanted me to sign the papers even though I wasn't happy with the work. They were supposed to send me an extension for the warranty because they messed it up and won't call me back.”
“I am very happy with the service.”
“Prompt, professional, neat, polite, and a very good product”
“The entire process from bid to purchase to install was very efficient and easy to work with. The installers did a great job and were done in one day.”
“They do a professional job so therefore I would recommend them.”
“First of all, I want to make it perfectly clear that I LOVE the entry door, slider, and windows. From the start, the 2 young men whom I talked to in my driveway, to Giovoni the REMODELING CONSULTANT, and the next gentleman who came to measure, and finally to Marco and his crew of three, they all could not have been more pleasant. Jay also showed up before the job was finished. How ever, I wish that Jay would have showed up the next day, when it was daylight. The crew was here for 12 hours, three of which were dark. The next morning when I took our puppy out I was surprised to find quite a few nails and screws in the driveway and in the grass. I do understand that it was dark the last three hours, but maybe they should have finished the job the next day during daylight hours. Bob asked if there were instructions with the windows and the slider. We were told that someone would go over how to operate the windows. I know we purchased sliders, but I specifically asked if the windows swung in so they could be cleaned from the inside. I was told YES. If they do, I can't figure out how they work. I hope I don't have to lift them out, as they are very heavy. There is also a latch on the slider that none of us have a clue what it is for. We also had stools installed, which I really like, but I don't think I should have had to remove a lot of spackle from the stool. Also, several tiny nails had to be pounded in with a punch the next day. Our daughter and son-in-law also discovered some chunks out of the door frame on the entry door. We all strongly believe that a $19,000 job should be pretty close to perfect. I also did not realize that the entry door only has a deadbolt lock. Would have preferred two locks.”
“When replacing the soffit and trim, the install team mangled the crap out of the drip edge - bent and tore it in multiple places. The project manager said that he would have noticed that on final inspection and would’ve had it fixed, but I’m not sure I believe him because by that point, the new gutters would’ve been covering the drip edge where it would not be noticeable. I shouldn’t have to micromanage the install team to make sure they’re doing their jobs correctly and not damaging stuff. Additionally, 2 of the install teams didn’t completely clean up their mess at the end of the day - the roofing guys removed my satellite dish but just left it laying in the grass on the side of my house. And the window team left several of their floor mats behind, as well as multiple cigarette butts out by the curb.”
“Quality product, professional personnel from beginning introduction, sales representation, installation and finial inspection. I will deffinately recommend Power Home Remodeling as well as use them myself again for other home remodeling needs in the future.”
“Everything was clearly explained for the roof replacement and the whole process was seamless. We had many questions and the rep, who was very patient and pleasant, spent over 3 hours at our house answering everything our satisfaction. The paperwork (electronic) was easy to complete, delivery of materials was on time as was the work which they completed in one day. Communication was amazing throughout the entire process and what made us consider Power over other companies is they are known to back up their work with long warranties and have been around over 3 decades. So I trust they won't just complete the job and never return to fix issues, like I've heard my neighbors say of other companies. Would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends!!”
“The job was so professionally done they tore out old and installed my new windows they look great”
“Overpriced imo. Poor communication and/ or disinformation from customer service.”
“Power Home Remodeling were great through my whole experience. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone that we had interaction with had great personalities! Not to mention that my windows look GREAT!”

“They failed to follow-up with what they said they were going to do.”
“They did a great job and were on time. They went far beyond what they were doing. They found some other stuff that I was not aware of and repaired it at no cost to me.”
“Professional job, completed on a timely basis with quality materials. The prior job survey evaluation, cost estimation and work/materials explanation was exceptional”
“Choices of doors excellent and styles great and everyone throughout the project were excellent”
“The sales force was very good. Each person spent as much time as was needed to satisfy our needs and to answer our very many questions. We were even given references to inspect their work; which we did before the work was done. We had some concerns and questions after signing the contract and before the work was done. We always got help with those concerns.”
“Everything was great. I would tell a friend that at first it maybe a bit pricey but they really work with you and the financing make it easier. Everyone sent to the house was great and friendly and worked to make my home look great. I am glad I made this choice.”
“I would recommend Power Home Remodeling. The entire project process was very well laid out. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions, ensuring I understood everything, which was fantastic. Everything happened so quickly, and all of the windows in my home were replaced in one day.”
“Clean efficient work.”
“Straightforward sales process and very good installation”
“I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling to friends and neighbors.”
“Roofers could have been more considerate about where they were dumping the waste, like further away from the house and window screens.”
“Installation and the overall project was not delivered as the sales person promised. For starters, if the sales pitch is "we do work in this area all the time and the crew that does the work will be familiar with any Levittown house issues" (like the gutter problem explained below) that should be the crew assigned to do the work. I asked the foreman when he arrived how many houses he's done in the area and he said this was his first one. Install date was delayed twice because of material shortage, overall about 3 or 4 weeks. Once the material came in, it was in the wrong quantities as they had too much of the backordered material and were short the standard siding material. If the PII was done correctly and the right materials ordered, maybe the project would have stayed on schedule. 1 outside electrical outlet cover was not installed when they did the siding, and that took over a month for a remedy. The gutter sub-contractor experience was even worse. They installed upsized gutters (which I was not home for, and told I didn't need to be) and didn't check any clearances when the finished. The gutter was hanging so low I couldn't open my front storm door. I could see there was an issue as soon as I pulled into my driveway, how did they not check their work? When they came back to fix the clearance issue they installed the original size gutters but left the oversized downspouts, and they sanded my storm door down almost 2 inches to clear the gutter. Absolutely unacceptable. A different contractor came and redid all the rear gutters to the same size I had initially and fixed the downspouts. I had to get the storm door replaced on my own time and dime, but Power will be refunding me the cost. The project was supposed to be done in mid-September and I'm still dealing with this near the end of November. The end result is great, I'm happy with the material and look of this big update, but I am overall very frustrated with all the issues I have had to deal with to get to the end stage. I'm not sure if I will use Power again for my future improvement projects.”
“It wasn't what I expected to the negative.”
“The salesman was very nice, and the workers did what they were supposed to, but they were just okay.”
