It was easy to schedule an appointment. The two techs who came to my house cleaned out my gutters and washed them out after all the leaves and debris was removed. They were considerate of my home and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable for the service provided.

They sent me a text saying they were on their way to my home for gutter cleaning. I immediately called and said I did not need it to please have them leave the rep I spoke to said no problem it was cancelled. Then I see the truck pull up and I called again got a different rep who said once they are there it can’t be canceled. Total BS they were there a good 10-12 minutes before they started plenty of time to cancel. If I had been home I would have told them to leave. I didn’t ask for this I only do fall cleaning. I would have understood had I not seen and called but there was plenty of time for them to have contacted the crew and the first rep should not have told me he cancelled it when he obviously didn’t . I have a bill for 193 which I am not paying and I will never use them again.

Let me just say that I am so happy that Ned Stevens sent me a link to review the company. Every step of the way, the service was superior. I made the appointment with Spencer and he was polite, informative and efficient. He was able to schedule my gutter cleanings for the very same week. The gentlemen who came to clean the gutters were kind, careful and incredibly hard working. We have an old slate roof and they were very careful not to do any damage. The gutters were a complete mess. We had perennials growing in them! And these gentlemen worked until they sparkled. They also informed my husband of one small issue with our drains upon discovering it. Lastly, I spoke to another woman on the phone regarding a moss issue on our other roof. I only wish I knew her name to give her the appropriate praise! All in all, excellent experience from soup to nuts!!!
