I can’t say enough. The process was so simple and they were on point! From the minute I called for an estimate to literally a few days later the install. Communication is always KEY! And that goes without saying. I had gutter replaced at my parents house and the fact that I wasn’t in town worried me but all my calls were answered before and during the process and even when the job was completed along with photos. It’s so hard to find reliable work but NED’s reassured me. Thank you for your help and a job well done!!! Highly recommend!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Roof cleaning was good. Siding power washing also fine. Didn't remove screens to clean windows which I've never seen from a window cleaner before. Won't clean gutters that have gutter guards which Ray (who was merged with Neds) used to do. Also found one of my downspouts yesterday blocked with pine needles. This was only a couple of weeks after service.

Ned's window cleaning came and did my many windows in 30 minutes. They left everything sopping wet and left the windows to air dry, which are all water spotted now. What a ripoff. I am so sorry I used these guys. The reviews on the website are probably posted by their own employees. So disappointing!. Please learn from my mistake. I will never use them again. RUN!

They sent me a text saying they were on their way to my home for gutter cleaning. I immediately called and said I did not need it to please have them leave the rep I spoke to said no problem it was cancelled. Then I see the truck pull up and I called again got a different rep who said once they are there it can’t be canceled. Total BS they were there a good 10-12 minutes before they started plenty of time to cancel. If I had been home I would have told them to leave. I didn’t ask for this I only do fall cleaning. I would have understood had I not seen and called but there was plenty of time for them to have contacted the crew and the first rep should not have told me he cancelled it when he obviously didn’t . I have a bill for 193 which I am not paying and I will never use them again.

They installed my gutters when I had roof replaced in 2019 by Plotke Roofers (now called Roof Services of NY) who recommended Ned Stevens. I’ve been using Ned Stevens for the last several years for gutter cleaning for four times a year because it cost almost as much for two cleanings as it does for four because of their pricing structure. They are very expensive, but they do a good job. Recently, I had a weird experience. I spoke to them last March or so about adding some additional flashing to an area where water flows off the roof and on to a window below that spot. They called me about it and said - at my request - they would follow up with me in mid June about setting a date to do repairs. No one called me and I didn’t call them. Yesterday (7/21/26), out the blue two guys from Ned Stevens showed up with 10 feet of flashing to do repair. Thankfully, I was home and showed them where the area was to be repaired because they didn’t know. They used 8 feet of the flashing. Hopefully, this will stop the water flowing on to the window during heavy rain storms. Last night, I got a bill by email for $200.96. I paid it this morning by credit card. Not sure about the lack of communication on this, but I was left scratching my head.
