It was easy to schedule an appointment. The two techs who came to my house cleaned out my gutters and washed them out after all the leaves and debris was removed. They were considerate of my home and cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable for the service provided.

They sent me a text saying they were on their way to my home for gutter cleaning. I immediately called and said I did not need it to please have them leave the rep I spoke to said no problem it was cancelled. Then I see the truck pull up and I called again got a different rep who said once they are there it can’t be canceled. Total BS they were there a good 10-12 minutes before they started plenty of time to cancel. If I had been home I would have told them to leave. I didn’t ask for this I only do fall cleaning. I would have understood had I not seen and called but there was plenty of time for them to have contacted the crew and the first rep should not have told me he cancelled it when he obviously didn’t . I have a bill for 193 which I am not paying and I will never use them again.

Using Ned's was a great experience. It was simple to set up the service call. The guys came and did a great job getting my gutters cleaned out and taking care of the debris.

The work was fine but dealing with the people was not. Having your house power washed requires some prep and not being told what time or day they were coming until 10 minutes before is not ideal. Then as I had no time to prepare, luckily I was home though, my dogs were out in the garden and instead of just knocking on the door they left! When I called about this first I got a robot and then I had somebody very rude that tried to upsell me on services multiple times. When I finally said no firmly he tried to hang up on me!

Ned’s works thoroughly, they do quality work and have good pricing. We have been with Ned’s for many years without any issues. Their team also contributes to their excellent reputation. They are seasoned professionals that are courteous and respectful of the house that they are working on.
