Roof cleaning was good. Siding power washing also fine. Didn't remove screens to clean windows which I've never seen from a window cleaner before. Won't clean gutters that have gutter guards which Ray (who was merged with Neds) used to do. Also found one of my downspouts yesterday blocked with pine needles. This was only a couple of weeks after service.

Crew did a great gutter cleanig job.Punctual and a good price. Recomend this service and i will be using them again to get the moss off my roof. Did a nice job cleaning and bagging up the debri.

They sent me a text saying they were on their way to my home for gutter cleaning. I immediately called and said I did not need it to please have them leave the rep I spoke to said no problem it was cancelled. Then I see the truck pull up and I called again got a different rep who said once they are there it can’t be canceled. Total BS they were there a good 10-12 minutes before they started plenty of time to cancel. If I had been home I would have told them to leave. I didn’t ask for this I only do fall cleaning. I would have understood had I not seen and called but there was plenty of time for them to have contacted the crew and the first rep should not have told me he cancelled it when he obviously didn’t . I have a bill for 193 which I am not paying and I will never use them again.

The workers are extremely polite and professional. I asked them to not dirty my concrete with the soot from the roof and they did just that. They made sure that everything fell onto the grass. I can't comment on how clean the gutters are because I cannot see my gutters. Are there any pictures?

The work was fine but dealing with the people was not. Having your house power washed requires some prep and not being told what time or day they were coming until 10 minutes before is not ideal. Then as I had no time to prepare, luckily I was home though, my dogs were out in the garden and instead of just knocking on the door they left! When I called about this first I got a robot and then I had somebody very rude that tried to upsell me on services multiple times. When I finally said no firmly he tried to hang up on me!
