We pay for the highest-tier Diamond level package Ned Stevens offers, which is supposed to include routine inspections of the gutters and downspouts along with water flushing to ensure everything is in proper working order. Instead, their negligence literally caused property damage to my family's home. This is my father’s house, built in 1986. He takes incredible pride in keeping it in top-notch working order and has always maintained it meticulously. Tragically, my father suffered a stroke, leaving him unable to speak or care for himself, so I have had to step in and take over all responsibilities for the home. Because he has always been a very loyal customer—having this company service the house since 2011—I trusted Ned Stevens just like I trusted all of his other longtime vendors. Every single other vendor we use (our plumber, landscaper, pool guys, tree experts, electrician, alarm system, and HVAC service) is A-1, top-notch. All of them are aware of our family's situation, and every single one has gone above and beyond to help keep the house running smoothly while my dad recovers. I am completely baffled as to why my father showed loyalty to a company like Ned Stevens that clearly has zero loyalty or respect for its customers in return. During a recent storm, I noticed flooding in our basement. I called our plumber (who was at our his within 20 minutes of my call) to find the source: a downspout was completely detached from the PVC piping meant to carry water away from the foundation. The waterfall pouring out of that downspout went straight into the ground, through the foundation, and into our house. When I checked further, I found that every single downspout except one had major issues, causing water to pool against the house and erode our landscaping. These were obviously long-standing problems that their crews completely ignored during their so-called "routine" visits. Worse yet, instead of flagging these simple fixes for me, they instead told me in the fall that my entire roof gutter needed to be replaced—which I paid a large sum of money to do. I never even saw photos or video proof of the areas that supposedly needed replacement. Long story short: I’ve had to resort to duct tape and plastic bags just to try to get through these storms without more flooding in my recovering father's home. Even though our Diamond status is supposed to include next-day emergency repairs, I've spent hours and hours trying to get a crew out here and sending detailed photos and videos of all of the problem areas. The level of incompetence and internal miscommunication is astounding: When a crew finally showed up, they had zero idea why they were at my house or what they were supposed to do, and there was a language barrier. I got on their phone with their manager, who also had no idea why the crew was there. While I was on hold with a different manager, I literally had to physically stand behind the running truck to prevent the crew from driving away, while the manager on the phone was telling me that the crew absolutely shouldn't be leaving and should be working. The issue is still not resolved. I don't even know what work was completed and what work still needs to be completed, despite paying a lot of money for this premium "service." Do not use this company. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. At best, it's a completely dysfunctional, poorly run operation; at this point, I'm fully convinced it's a scam. They sell you an expensive top-tier package, take your money, and are so neglectful that they create property damage. Heed my warning and stay far away from Ned Stevens.

I had a great experience with Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning. The team arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and completed the job thoroughly. They cleaned all the gutters, removed the debris, and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment to the service itself, was smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Ned Stevens to anyone looking for reliable and professional gutter cleaning services, and I will be using them again in the future.

I contacted Ned's home to request a downspout that had come loose from my gutter can. They assured me that they could take care of it. After a long wait with no contact, I reconnected, and they said they would send a crew. However, after inspecting the job, I was told they didn't have enough ladders to reach it that day. I connected with the main office and was told that they would have to come back out with the proper equipment to complete the work needed to reconnect the downspout after another considerable period. With no contact, I had to call back to find out if they were still coming out. Only to be notified upon my call that they could not do the job safely and that the job had been canceled. However, no contact was ever made with me to confirm or deny service. Not a good business model to leave me in limbo and I am not happy about that. No thank you very much!

Really not thrilled with the work completed I paid almost $ 1000 to have my gutters cleaned , house power washed , and windows cleaned. Only thing that seemed to be done throughly was the gutter cleaning. House power washing seemed lackluster and the window cleaning I cannot even tell if it was done. Job was done and Friday and every single window has streaks and stains on it. Would not recommend.
