They were able to come within 24hrs to help me with some ice damming. Removed the gutter and cleaned up some of the ice. Price was reasonable for a quick response. My favorite part was the two guys I spoke with that walked me through everything on what was being done and why. I was grateful too because I was away and my wife was worried about to impact.

A crew came out to my house 2 weeks ago to do scheduled fall gutter cleaning and before they started I asked if they were going to use a ladder stabilizer so the ladder itself would not rest on the gutter themselves. They did not have the stabilizer so they said they would let the office know and send a crew with one to work on the gutters. The crew that showed up this week didn't use any ladder stabilizers and proceeded to scratch the gutters in the front and back of the house in several areas and dent the gutters in the back in two spots. Several years ago the gutters were scrapped during a cleaning and a crew needed to be called back to paint them. After that incident the customer service representative I spoke with told me that a note would be added to my account that we had painted gutters and a ladder stabilizer would be required. But that doesn't seem to be the case. When I called to put in a complaint for this latest incident I was told that I have to make a claim through email, that they then would review the claim and get back to me. The customer service rep was then quick to ask if I wanted to pay for next year's service early instead of getting it auto billed next year. So now I'm left with dented and scratch gutters (again) and have to hope that you make it right.

I contacted Ned's home to have my gutters cleaned and my front porch and roof power-washed. They charged me $446 and didn't clean the screened front porch. I called customer service, and they tried to tell me they only do the floors and don't do railings or other parts of the porch. That would be like going to a car wash that only cleaned tires. It was clear that they didn't clean the floor of the screened-in portion (see photo). I still see mold on the roof, even after 6 weeks. I also see the bones of a dead bird that were not removed during the roof power washing. I have attempted to resolve this through customer service, calling, and emailing multiple times. They initially said that they would send another crew out, but at this point, I shouldn't have to keep chasing. I want a refund.

Disappointing and very frustrating to work with. Called requesting gutter cleaning and was very aggressively sold additional services. Had to explain four times that I was only interested in a gutter cleaning. After reviewing, the salesman on the phone casually threw in that I was signed up for recurring gutter cleaning, I had to verbalize that I only wanted a one off cleaning multiple times again in response to a very aggressive sales pitch. He told me they would be out to my house in a few days. It took them three weeks to get to my house. They emailed me in the morning saying they would be there “between a few minutes to an hour” so I prepared my dog and put on a tv show for to distract my toddler. It took them two and a half hours to show up. The guys finally arrive and get to work. They leave after maybe a half hour. I go out to look around and see a HUGE mess. I’m talking dirt and mud everywhere. Many of my toddler’s outdoor toys completely ruined by being completely coated in filth from the gutters. I then climb on the smaller section of roof (the only bit I can access without a ladder) and see that they just completely missed a large section of the gutters (photo included is from after they left.) They also detached a small solar panel from my roof and just carelessly threw it off the roof into my yard. This doesn’t bother me too much as it’s the one area I can access myself, but just a cherry on top of a horrendous experience. Get a small, local business to do your home maintenance and avoid this awful overly corporate, monstrously greedy disaster of a company at all costs.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Every time you call to speak to a rep you are upsold on additional services, and to make matters worse the phone reps are unprofessional, as is the crew who comes out to service. We made the mistake of purchasing a package for gutter cleaning (one in the Spring, one for the Fall), so we have been stuck waiting for them to come to clean our gutters. I called mid-November as most of the leaves had fallen off of the trees in my area, and was told they would be out early December. The rep told me he could not give me a time frame of when to expect anyone and asked if I would like to purchase their lawn care services (LOL!). Today is December 12th, I received a text that the crew was on their way as the truck was pulling into my driveway. The crew worked quickly, so I have no idea if the gutters on my house are actually clean. However we have a detached garage, where I was able to see the crew working. I have *on camera* one of the crew members repeatedly hacking a tool into the gutter so hard to loosen debris, that a hole was created causing water to gush out in a steady flow. Ironically, in the Spring the crew noted that this portion of the garage gutter was bent, and offered their services to repair (at an additional cost). We politely declined, as the gutter was still functional, and garage needs larger repairs we are waiting to make. Unfortunately after the crew member intentionally damaged the gutter today, we now have no choice but to make repairs. I can assure you it will certainly NOT be with this company. I am beyond words for the blatant disregard for my property in which such obvious damage inflicted by the crew was not immediately reported and instead left for me to identify. When we called to inform the rep, his reaction was "Ohhhhhh dang, thats bad", and directed us to file a claim.... We have not (and will never) use Ned Stevens for any other services, so I cannot speak to the quality of whatever else they offer, but given our experience with gutter cleaning, I will never let this company near my home. I strongly advise others to do the same. Update: Upon speaking with customer service, a crew came out to replace the gutter in a timely and organized fashion.
