I had them clean the gutters and install gutter screens and they may have damaged my roof! (We found tons of roof scraps in the yard when they were done and entire part of our roof with nails and wood). They also did a poor job which you can see from the picture, as the screen is hanging over the side. My roof is brand new - we just finished a renovation and the contractor hadn’t installed screens when he put on the new roof. I sent this message to the team, gave them a call and have yet to hear from anyone. I would never use them again.

I was checking around for gutter cleaning companies and Ned's was highly recommended.by a friend. When I spoke to them.I told them I was checking other companies. He offered a very competitive price and I could not refuse. They came out within a few days and were efficient, fast, and did a great job. A few days later, we were contacted by Ned's. The representative informed me that they had damaged one of our gutters. They said they would like to come back and repair it, of course at no cost to us. The customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend Ned's for gutter cleaning!

They were able to come within 24hrs to help me with some ice damming. Removed the gutter and cleaned up some of the ice. Price was reasonable for a quick response. My favorite part was the two guys I spoke with that walked me through everything on what was being done and why. I was grateful too because I was away and my wife was worried about to impact.

I contacted Ned's home to request a downspout that had come loose from my gutter can. They assured me that they could take care of it. After a long wait with no contact, I reconnected, and they said they would send a crew. However, after inspecting the job, I was told they didn't have enough ladders to reach it that day. I connected with the main office and was told that they would have to come back out with the proper equipment to complete the work needed to reconnect the downspout after another considerable period. With no contact, I had to call back to find out if they were still coming out. Only to be notified upon my call that they could not do the job safely and that the job had been canceled. However, no contact was ever made with me to confirm or deny service. Not a good business model to leave me in limbo and I am not happy about that. No thank you very much!

Really not thrilled with the work completed I paid almost $ 1000 to have my gutters cleaned , house power washed , and windows cleaned. Only thing that seemed to be done throughly was the gutter cleaning. House power washing seemed lackluster and the window cleaning I cannot even tell if it was done. Job was done and Friday and every single window has streaks and stains on it. Would not recommend.
