I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Erika, the associate who helped me over the phone, was so kind, friendly, and reassuring. She made scheduling my appointment incredibly easy and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt confident that everything was going to be taken care of. The technician who came out to diagnose and fix my HVAC issue was equally impressive. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent customer service and expertise of the team. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

Right away, on my first call with DEAR, I was greeted warmly and emphatically by Erika. I was blown away by her customer service! That’s rare nowadays! She was so patient on the phone with me, listening to my situation and helped me throughout the whole process. From the first Emergency phone call, to scheduling an appointment; the process was easy and went smoothly thanks to her. I felt very well taken cared of.
