I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Erika, the associate who helped me over the phone, was so kind, friendly, and reassuring. She made scheduling my appointment incredibly easy and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt confident that everything was going to be taken care of. The technician who came out to diagnose and fix my HVAC issue was equally impressive. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the excellent customer service and expertise of the team. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a great experience with Deer plumbing especially the office staff. I spoke with Erika and she assisted me with professionalism, she was kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made scheduling super easy and stress free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I recommend speaking to Erika and Deer on there plumbing needs! They did a great job!!

Jayden Q from DEAR Services was amazing! Super professional, respectful, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He explained everything clearly, arrived on time, and made the whole experience stress-free. You can really tell he cares about doing quality work and helping customers. Called Dear services on Tuesday morning and they came withing 40 minutes they have replaced my panel and multiple outlets in my house the service with this company is amazing! The staff is supper friendly and talkative! Anthony Ashton Augastine were super professional and hard workers. Good Value for the price we paid.

Right away, on my first call with DEAR, I was greeted warmly and emphatically by Erika. I was blown away by her customer service! That’s rare nowadays! She was so patient on the phone with me, listening to my situation and helped me throughout the whole process. From the first Emergency phone call, to scheduling an appointment; the process was easy and went smoothly thanks to her. I felt very well taken cared of. Thank you so much Erika for assisting and guiding me through everything. She’s incredible, truly a gem of a person. So grateful for her and exactly what I needed in a time of trouble. She’s the best!!
