I had a great experience with Deer plumbing especially the office staff. I spoke with Erika and she assisted me with professionalism, she was kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made scheduling super easy and stress free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I recommend speaking to Erika and Deer on there plumbing needs! They did a great job!!

I don't normally write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from beginning to end truly blew me away! Right from the start, Rosely, the intake dispatcher who answered my call, was incredibly kind, friendly, and reassuring. She made scheduling my appointment absolute breeze and patiently answered every single question I threw her way. Rosely really took the time to ensure I understood the whole process, leaving me feeling completely confident that everything was taken care of. Right away, on my first call with DEAR, I was greeted warmly and emphatically by Erika. I was blown away by her customer service! That’s rare nowadays! She was so patient on the phone with me, listening to my situation and helped me throughout the whole process. From the first Emergency phone call, to scheduling an appointment; the process was easy and went smoothly thanks to her. I felt very well taken cared of. Thank you so much Erika for assisting and guiding me through everything. She’s incredible, truly a gem of a person. So grateful for her and exactly what I needed in a time of trouble.
