I think my decision was right while I need install wall charger in my garage for my EV car. We worked primarily with Shiloh, Kenyon,Miguel,Bella and Rebecca who was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything, answered questions clearly, and made sure the work was done right — not rushed. The quality of the work truly shows. They did very good job can help my 41 years old has good electrical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work, great service, and a team you can genuinely trust.

This is the second time I've had Cool Hand Electric, Heating & AC Repair come out to do some electrical and AC repair at my home, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the entire team is professional, courteous, and reliable. The technicians take care of everything that needs to be done and always treat my home with respect. They are knowledgeable, kind, and willing to answer any questions along the way. The office staff is equally wonderful—friendly, helpful, and great at keeping you informed through calls and text updates. One thing I especially appreciate is that they send a photo and brief bio of the technician before the appointment. It provides peace of mind and ensures you're never surprised by who's arriving at your door. What stands out most is how much they genuinely care about their customers and the Red Oak community. The professionalism of Shiloh and his team was outstanding. We had extensive wiring upgrades, along with 2 new breaker boxes and GFCI's installed in our newly purchased home. Shiloh kindly and cheerfully communicated with my husband and I every day about the status of the job. We are very happy with the quality of their work, as well as the pricetag. They even wore shoe covers inside the house- a little thing that shows they care. The next week, we needed some work done on a rental home, and we knew who to call! They completed the upgrades in a day and were very reasonably priced on those as well. We highly recommend Cool Hand Electric for all your electrical needs.

Our AC went out suddenly over the weekend and I called Cool Hand first thing Monday morning. I spoke to both Bella and Rebecca who were both extremely kind and got me scheduled and confirmed right away. Anthony showed up on time and did an in depth evaluation and provided us with several options. We had an appointment in the middle of the evaluation and Anthony was kind enough to come back later in the day to provide his feedback and recommendations. While we could have done a band aid fix to get us through we ultimately decided a full HVAC replacement made the most sense for our situation. Cool Hand was here first thing this morning to get started on the install and our new AC is very quiet and I'm amazed at how fast the house is cooling down. While talking to Anthony yesterday, I asked about an electrical problem we were having with our kitchen breakers and he scheduled us for an electrical check up this morning with Shiloh. Shiloh also took his time explaining the various options and he was patient while I asked a lot of questions. I never felt like he was rushing and after making my decision he got right to work and got me taken care of today. This is my first time working with Cool Hand but I will be referring family/friends in the future. The whole team was not only kind and professional but they did a great job on the services.

After an electrical meter and fuse panel fire at my dad's residence, the fire department advised me that all electrical repairs would have to be performed, a new meter installed and the City would have to do an inspection before power could be restored. This was on a Wednesday. I took my father, 95 years old, to my house and called Cool Hand Electric the next morning (Thursday) after finding them on the good contractors list. Anticipating that it would be several days before someone would be out to look at the damage and write an estimate, I almost could not believe it when the person that answered my call, Bella, told me that, based on the situation, she could "move things around" and would have a technician out to the house in less than an hour! Wow, that never seems to happen! True to her word, the technician, Jonathan, arrived as promised and inspected the damage. He inspected the damage, assessed the work that would be required, explained everything in detail and prepared a written estimate that was both fair and reasonable. I approved the estimate, and he started the work immediately with additional crew members en route. I was always kept up to speed on the progress and nature of the work being performed and all of the workers who were going in and out were always respectful of my father's home. The very next day they had completed the work necessary to obtain a "temporary connect" and the power company installed a new meter and restored power! My dad was able to go home on that Saturday! On Monday, the owner, Luke, personally inspected the overall job and met the City inspector, and everything was up to snuff. I realize that having someone get out there so quickly is not normally how these things go, but I am blown away with the service and work received from Cool Hand Electric! You have a customer for life and I highly recommend this company for anyone who has a need for an electrician, big job or small. Thank you Cool Hand Electric!!
