Had Milestone help with the plumbing and electrical work needed for a back-up generator and replacement of old load centers. Big job and they did outstanding work. Very good communications every step of the way. Technicians that take great pride in their work, enjoy what they do and have no problem explaining as they go. Shout out to Logan, Randall, Jeremy, Abram, Jonathan, Shan, Ryan, Robert, Jeff and Shanna. It was a pleasure working with all of you. Milestone will probably not be the cheapest quote you may receive, but based on my experience with them, they will be well worth the price.

Terrible service and techs are not well training or knowledgable- my tech kept calling their manager for help but the “fix” they recommended and did was useless- unit STILL leaking significantly. Our homes a/c evap coil was working, but dripping water and leaking into the air filter and return air vent causing water damage. I called milestone on Monday morning and the technician came out and thought it might be a drain line blockage so they quoted me for a drain clear, but thankfully the drain lines were clear with no issues. After further exploration, the technician said the leaking was due to a dirty evap coils not allowing the water to flow down to the drain properly so he recommended an evap coil clean which was $900. After checking the unit inside and outside, he found no other issues (even tho he was at my house 4 hrs) and he said he couldn’t do the evap coil clean that day so to call again tomorrow. I was charged $170 for the “diagnoses”. I call again on Tuesday morning and the same technician comes out, still continued leaking through the night and morning causing problems so I turn off the ac. He and the assistant technician clean the evap coils and he shows me the unit and says it’s flowing properly now, no dripping or leaking so he fixed the problem. I get charged the full amount and they won’t take a coupon. Well later that evening, I go up to check again and it’s STILL dripping water into the vent space on the wood. Today is Thursday and still continued dripping, the issue was NOT fixed and I spent over $1,000 on both visits. I absolutely do not recommend this company. The techs are clearly not well trained and don’t know what they are doing just giving fake fixes to charge money and go on their way. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

Excellent experience with Loy, Christian & Kevin. They put in new under cabinet lighting in our kitchen, repaired and replaced bulbs in the lights above the cabinets too & installed to replacement fixtures upstairs. I called for the appointment yesterday, they came today & promptly finished the job. Everything looks great! Just in time for holiday hosting. Thank you Milestone!

Michael, our service tech arrived around noon today and worked until 3 on a non-functional outlet and switch in our kitchen. He was very thorough and found several issues that were repaired. Everything works as designed, very neat and courteous. This was a lot of troubleshooting and I was impressed with his thoroughness. Highly recommended.

We had some outlets that needed to be repaired due to using space heaters (user error!) Anyway, Eddy came out and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, likable, as well as as thorough. He explained everything to me; as well as offered options to ensure that we have inspected and coded, breakers and outlets. He refused to walk in My Home without having his covers on even when he was only about 3 feet away. I did tell him that we are going to consider doing HVAC with the company only because of the service that he provided. I really hope that the company understands that in an age where customer service is not popular and unfortunately, the state of the world today it seems to be something that is a lost art. This young man has mastered it! Eddy is awesome!
