“The service is always great. Their techs are always professional and get the work done well. The only issue that I have is scheduling. They were advertising for AC appointments too. I tried making an appointment in May. I have an appointment next week for my regular AC maintenance. It probably should have been done in May. It's worth it once they get there. I voiced my concern online and someone reached out to me. They do follow up with their customers.”

“For the premium milestone charges per service call and for service, the level of quality, customer service and sales tactics, do not justify the price.. Cant even seem to get an electrician to back up his own diagnosis by providing it in writing, after verbally stating the same.”

“They can out to replace 2 ceiling fans and a GFI plug. One guy did the work while the other checked out everything in our house which I did not request. They did not replace the plug because he said it was too dangerous. He said the wiring in the whole house needed to be replaced for $40,000. Our house was built in 1966 and still has some aluminum wiring. He took me around the entire house to tell me everything that was “wrong” with our electrical. That is NOT what I asked for and did not appreciate being handed a proposal for $40,000 worth of work. I will never call them again. I was able to have the plug replaced by an independent electrician.”

“I took bids on an electrical project and Milestone was almost 400% higher than a company that I use regularly. Your price match guarantee is laughable combined with your price gouging policies. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from Milestone for ANY services. At least I know now how you pay for your continuous ads. I truly feel sorry for all the people you rip-off everyday.”
“We had lights going out in the house we thought was connected to the AC. Contacted Milestone Electric. The electrician ruled out any electrical problem in our house. He then thought it might be the AC. He scheduled to have the AC come out. Milestone AC technician came out and ruled out the AC as the problem to our lights going out. He then thought it might be the electric come into the house. HE called Oncor Power and had them come out. I don't know what kind of pull he has with Oncor, but they were out at my house before the technician even left. It turned out to be the electricity going into the house as he thought it was. Oncor fixed the connections coming from the street and we haven't had a problem since. Thank you.”

“Some of the technicians are awesome; they come in, do what is required, act like they are trying to save us some money, and advise certain things, but they don't go overboard. Other technicians will come in and say we need to redo everything. The other people never do that; they come in, fix what we ask. They don't leave here recommending $5000.00 worth of work for something we ask them to do. I don't feel like Milestone has my best interest at heart. I would use Milestone all the time if I knew the two particular technicians would be the ones coming out, but the other guys I wouldn't; it's too much anxiety, and I feel like they are overboard on a lot of stuff. The cross-selling, the ridiculous $5-6000.00 quotes on $120.00 job, leaves me feeling worse than when they came.”
