I had an excellent experience with Arrow Electric from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the technician (Hunter- Master Tech) arrived on time and fully prepared. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could understand, and provided honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The work was done efficiently, safely, and with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and truly care about doing the job right the first time. My home was left clean, and everything is now working perfectly.

I had an excellent experience with Halea and his colleague Benji while they installed a shunt breaker for my business. They were extremely professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the installation was done correctly and efficiently. They have phenomenal customer service here. I needed an electrical panel replacement and I was shopping around to compare prices. MATTHEW was super helpful when I came to him with other estimates, and I was going to go with Arrow Electric until another electrician got back to me with an extremely competitive price. Matthew was kind enough to call me in the evening to discuss it, and upon further review the other price was so competitive that he recommended I move forward with their services. I hope that shows how Arrow Electric truly has peoples' best interest in mind, and if you do decide to move forward with them you're surely in good hands. Thanks again! It's so great to see professional integrity like this nowadays. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
