I was so pleased with the service I received from Arrow during my first appointment that I decided to go ahead and stretch my budget and scheduled a second appointment for additional work to be done. Halea was absolutely rad and I'd recommend her to anyone who needs electrical work done. She knew her stuff, found the problem quickly and resolved it with no issues. She is professional and friendly, and has no qualms explaining things to one in a way they'll understand. Absolutely go with Arrow, and absolutely ask for Halea.

I had Arrow out today everyone should use them. They are the best, they came out and told me that it's an outhside problem so I called City of Garland they came out fixed the problem at no charge. Thank you Arrow for your honesty, I would have never guessed that was the problem. I only use Family owned businesses, and this example is why. Honesty, Integrity, and family values. I will only use Arrow Electric and I will tell anyone and everyone who needs a reliable electrician

They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could understand, and provided honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services.
