You could tell once you pulled the carpet up that it went straight to the wires, and he could've undone that but he was at work. They were at the point where they needed to lay tile across it, and I just said, 'I'm done, I'm calling somebody.' I called ElectricMan, and he was there in thirty minutes, took him five minutes to do it, and then he went around and looked at my breaker box because I was going to be charged for an hour anyway. So he looked at the breaker box, the refrigerator, the microwave, and the dishwasher. I was very happy with him. I'd give them an A+.”

They responded right away. I needed an electrician to come out right away. The others that I called were fairly large companies and were putting me off three or four days telling me it would be as much as a week before they could get out. The young man who came out was very professional. They were able to respond right away, and it was very personable. He told me exactly what to expect when the service person came out, and that's exactly what I got. He walked me through what he was going to do, explained everything to me, didn't mind explaining everything in detail, and he went about doing his work very quickly, clean, neat, and very professional. My house is only about a couple years old and upstairs I had a receptacle, one of the plugs was not working. Then I found that the other side of the bathroom up there was not working. I have three bathrooms upstairs and none of them was working. The downstairs bathroom plug was not working either. I had no idea what the problem was, and I didn't want there to be some type of electrical hazard or something and cause a fire in the house. We have a major problem. That's why I needed someone to come out right away, plus we own the house here and we own the house in Amarillo, Texas so we kind of go back and forth. I didn't want there to be a situation where I would be there, and something starts a fire in front of the house. So that's why I needed someone to come as soon as possible. I didn't need someone four or five days or a week later. I tell you, he came right out, took care of things, and looked everything over. As soon he went upstairs and took a look at the problem, he said, 'I know exactly what the problem is,' and he assured me that it would have been a problem. In fact, he went through a couple of steps to troubleshoot it, and he wanted me to go with him so I could verify. He took me with him, and he went through a couple of steps to verify what the problem was and explained to me what he was doing. He fixed it, and everything was good. They were A+ without a doubt.”
