“Steve was a really nice guy, and he worked with me to do what he was supposed to do. When they were here, they explained that I was pretty much in a dire situation. They had to replace my entire electrical system in my house. Having no electricity while working with them, they were very professional and very courteous, and they knew what they had to do. They had a team behind them, so I didn't have to wait for somebody to get a permit and approve things. I would give them an A—excellent, no complaints.”
