Garrett from Mister Sparky was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through our options without any pressure, and made sure we fully understood the work being done. What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and didn’t cut corners. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with great communication skills, but Garrett absolutely does. If you’re lucky enough to have Garrett assigned to your service call, you’re in excellent hands. We would not hesitate to use Mister Sparky again because of him.

We recently had Bryan from Mr. Sparky upgrade our electrical service to 200 amps and install a new breaker box, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Tony and his team were fantastic! They were thorough, knowledgable, took the time to explain everything along the way, and fixed our wiring and electrical issues the right way without cutting corners. Our wiring was recently (1.5 years ago) serviced by another company, but was already failing and was a fire hazard. We are very glad to have found Tony and Mister Sparky to fix the poor job done by another company. I highly recommend Tony and his team.

Jamieson was very thorough. He completed the safety inspection and checked every aspect of the property for the electrical issues we are having. He gave a very detailed estimate on what needs to be done to prevent further risks in the future. It’s all up to my landlord now to replace the breaker panels, install a new main grounding system and to replace all of the meter bases.
