So, I'm not satisfied with the whole thing, and I wouldn't recommend nobody to get that. I'd give them a D. I am not satisfied with nothing—D all the way across. Maybe a lawsuit is what I need to do. That might be a good idea, get my money back that I put into it. I'm paying this, to come out of my account, for them to come service me, and they did not service me one time. I called them to fix my refrigerator; never was fixed. I had to end up buying another refrigerator. And they never fixed my air conditioning unit, saying it was an existing problem. That was it.”

The problem with the refrigerator is that I'm still having issues with it freezing up on the ice part of it, so they never really fixed it the way they were supposed to. Any time they come out—if I called them again, it's going to be the fifth time—and they have already made some modifications. They are not going to replace the refrigerator, but you always think that if they would have fixed it right the first time, you wouldn't have to go through all the hassle. I would grade the overall experience with a B.”
