My experience with Mega Appliance Repair was horrible . They came to inspect my washer on June 15th. They promised to be able to fix my washer and could not . They gave me a hassle about getting a refund after spending $530 with them ( part & labor) . When I told them we could settle this in court they began to lie and say that the washer was in working condition when they left . I was lied to constantly, changing my schedule only for them not to show up . When they finally verbally agreed to give me a refund , they said they needed the part I purchased back . I was fine with that as long as I received my money back . Instead of the worker only taking the part I purchased from them , he took additional parts as well as destroyed the remainder of my washer . I was able to use my washer before this company touched it ( although it would spin badly ) . Now I can't use it at all because of the stolen and broken parts . I will now have to purchase a brand new washer. I do not recommend this company to anyone . They are rude and very unprofessional. I am giving one star only because I can not give 0 stars.

I had a great experience with this fridge repair company. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they responded quickly to my service request. They diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator promptly and professionally. I truly appreciated their efficiency and reliability. Highly recommend!

Omg Mega 24 hours repair is the best appliance repair establishment ever. I called in the wee hours of the morning because my fridge went out and they sent someone, Mr. Ervin, in less than 15 minutes. He came in and fixed my fridge in no time. It is running much better than it was before it stopped working. Mr. Ervin was so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. First he greeted me and introduced himself. Then he explained in detail what needed to be done, the pricing, and how it will be done. Most repairman/woman just come in and fix things without explanations and greetings. I'm so glad I found Mega. I highly recommend them.

Johnny came out because the temperature wasn’t right in the freezer and the fridge. He identified what it was showing me everything while doing it. Incredible doesn’t even describe his professionalism. Absolutely would hire this guy if my profession was in his area of expertise. Thank you a hundred times over for all that you did and do!!

Ervin was awesome! He doubled checked my findings with the fridge and within 15 minutes had the correct part ready to order and two days later had it up and running again. Ervin was authentic and straightforward with every detail. I would highly recommend his services.
