My experience with Mega Appliance Repair was horrible . They came to inspect my washer on June 15th. They promised to be able to fix my washer and could not . They gave me a hassle about getting a refund after spending $530 with them ( part & labor) . When I told them we could settle this in court they began to lie and say that the washer was in working condition when they left . I was lied to constantly, changing my schedule only for them not to show up . When they finally verbally agreed to give me a refund , they said they needed the part I purchased back . I was fine with that as long as I received my money back . Instead of the worker only taking the part I purchased from them , he took additional parts as well as destroyed the remainder of my washer . I was able to use my washer before this company touched it ( although it would spin badly ) . Now I can't use it at all because of the stolen and broken parts . I will now have to purchase a brand new washer. I do not recommend this company to anyone . They are rude and very unprofessional. I am giving one star only because I can not give 0 stars.

I had a great experience with this fridge repair company. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they responded quickly to my service request. They diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator promptly and professionally. I truly appreciated their efficiency and reliability. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with the service! My refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling properly, and I was really worried about all the food going bad. Thankfully, Elvin came to the rescue. He arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out there was an issue with the compressor and airflow system. Elvin explained everything clearly and fixed it efficiently without any delays. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and detail-oriented he was. Thank you again for the great service!

Ervin was amazing and quick! He didn’t try to hassle me to spend more than necessary. Excellent service and he was very enthusiastic about his work. Will request again if ever needed.

Johnny did a great job. He was able to quickly identify and fix the problem right away. He even took the time to check our washing machine, even though it wasn’t part of the requested service. Overall, he provided excellent service and was very helpful.
