Super easy same day appointment. The person to on the phone was very diligent, friendly and efficient. We had Mr Ruslan come out the same day to check out a dryer issue I had. Super friendly and knowledgeable!!! He was able to identify my dryer issue in less than 10 mins.

I found UltraFix on Google and I'm glad I went witg them. The staff was very kind and professional. They booked my appointment right away. Ruslan, our tech, was phenomenal! Very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Ran into a hiccup, but he knew exactly what the issue was, and he stayed and made sure everything was good before he left. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs, and most definitely recommend Ruslan as your tech. Best service we've received in years!

Almaz was great! Friendly and professional, quick and knowledgeable. He came the same day we called and got our refrigerator up and running very quickly and even managed to get a long time problem fixed for us for a fair addition to the quoted price. If we need appliance repair in the future, we will definitely be calling them again.

Called this morning and Anton showed up a few hrs later, very professional and I was updated constantly on the arrival time. Anton was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to fix our Whirlpool washer in a timely manner. I highly recommend!

Waking up to a warm 58 degree fridge is never fun. But at 7:30 on a Saturday, what’s your first thought? Who is going to come out here and fix it on a Saturday and how much is that going to cost?!? I called UltraFix and a kind lady answered the phone! She took my information and said a technician would be out today between 9 and 12 if that works for me?! Of course I said yes. Almaz arrived at 8:55 am!!! He promptly started dismantling the freezer and showed me the whole mother board was frozen over. He attempted to look for the motherboard part online, but because my Jenn-Air refrigerator is 21 years old, they do not make the part anymore. He did say that he could take the motherboard with him and use parts to fix it at his shop. One week later, he was back and fixed the refrigerator within 20 minutes! The repair was less than $400! Customer service like this is rare these days. Kind, prompt, professional, and reliable! I will never use any other company but UltraFix!!! A true gem! I am 100% satisfied with this job and I highly recommend this company. Lastly, he said it’s much better to fix an old fridge than buy a new one, because new ones don’t last more than five years or so…. Don’t hesitate to give this company a call! If I could give more than five stars I would! Update- the part didn’t take and we need a whole new fridge. We got a portion of our fees refunded… still received awesome service.
