Super easy same day appointment. The person to on the phone was very diligent, friendly and efficient. We had Mr Ruslan come out the same day to check out a dryer issue I had. Super friendly and knowledgeable!!! He was able to identify my dryer issue in less than 10 mins.

Almaz was great! Friendly and professional, quick and knowledgeable. He came the same day we called and got our refrigerator up and running very quickly and even managed to get a long time problem fixed for us for a fair addition to the quoted price. If we need appliance repair in the future, we will definitely be calling them again.

Had THE BEST experience with this company. My gas oven was not igniting. I called two other companies before I called UltaraFix and they both said they didn't repair my brand of oven. Then I noticed the amazing Google Reviews with this company. They had someone at my house within hours. The gentleman that came was amazing. For whatever reason, my oven ignited when he checked it out. He checked everything to make sure he didn't miss an issue. He said that he had suspicions my thermostat was going out and actually explained how these gas stoves work etc without making me feel like an idiot. He priced it for me for the future and assured me that once it did go out completely he would have no problem getting the part. I did not get his name but he is a new transplant to Houston from California. It is so nice to deal with a company that respects my time (they were right on time) and my money (they didn't try to upsell me or pressure me to pay for something I didn't need at the time). I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of appliance repair. Thank you UltraFix!!

Called this morning and Anton showed up a few hrs later, very professional and I was updated constantly on the arrival time. Anton was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to fix our Whirlpool washer in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
