Almaz was great! Friendly and professional, quick and knowledgeable. He came the same day we called and got our refrigerator up and running very quickly and even managed to get a long time problem fixed for us for a fair addition to the quoted price. If we need appliance repair in the future, we will definitely be calling them again.

Booked the night before; Ilkin showed up this morning right on the dot, tools in hand and with a smile. He worked at a brisk, enviable clip and was effortlessly friendly the entire time. More importantly, he broke down the fix with such plainspoken clarity that I actually walked away understanding how my dryer works—a rare masterclass disguised as a routine service call. Fast, sharp, and genuinely professional. 10/10.

Super easy same day appointment. The person to on the phone was very diligent, friendly and efficient. We had Mr Ruslan come out the same day to check out a dryer issue I had. Super friendly and knowledgeable!!! He was able to identify my dryer issue in less than 10 mins.

Ultra Fix was very timely with responding to my inquiries. The technician Llkin was on time, and very pleasant. He explained what repairs were needed and why, and he showed me the part that needed replacing. They have great customer service, I received a text when the parts arrived and was provided with the available days and times for service which allowed me to pick the times that best fit my schedule instead of them giving me the standard 4 hour window like most companies. I highly recommend this company they are the best!

Anton did an outstanding job repairing our washer! He was fast, precise, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process clearly. His workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious that he takes pride in delivering high-quality service. The repair was completed efficiently, and our washer is now working perfectly. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, skilled, and provides exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Anton. We couldn’t be happier with the experience! Thank you, Anton, for the fantastic work!
