Vasif was amazing. I can't say enough good things about this appliance repair specialist. After weeks of frustration with my high-end Thermador freezer that suddenly stopped working properly, I was at my wit's end. I called three different repair services — all "authorized" dealers or big-name companies — and each one either couldn't diagnose the issue, quoted ridiculous prices for parts that might not even fix it, or just never showed up. One even told me it was probably time to replace the whole unit because "Thermador is too complicated." Then I found this specialist. From the very first call, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to the symptoms I described. He came out the next day (which was huge because I was dealing with a broken freezer right before hosting family). After a thorough inspection, he quickly identified a rare control board issue combined with a faulty sensor that no one else had even checked for. He explained everything clearly without talking down to me, ordered the precise OEM parts needed, and had the oven fully repaired and running better than ever within a few days. Update - owner claimed they always give a quote prior to starting work and apparently he should have checked with his employee first. Be careful to get an idea of pricing up front! No parts replaced and he just pulled a very high number off the top of his head when he fixed our oven and just provided an invoice with that final amount on it. He mumbled about needing to charge us a high trip charge even though the person I spoke with said the $75 charge would be waived with service and was aware of our location. He actually seemed surprised that it actually worked when he put it back together fingers crossed it lasts!

Vusal did an excellent job in fixing our Thermador microwave. Same day service and good price. Visalia was very professional and conscientious. He cleaned up everything when he finished. Will recommend him and his company.
