NED's completed gutter cleaning for several properties that our company owns. One of them being a historic Victorian Era House Museum. The care and professionalism that the team showed during the cleaning of all 4 stories of copper gutters, was wonderful! They took their time to simply ensure that our properties were treated with care and respect despite the height of the gutters. Excellent service and communications. Just be aware of the cross-sell. It’s clear Ned’s strategy is to sell you something beyond gutter cleaning every time they come to service your property. There leave behind leaflet makes that clear (see photo, no option for a simply completed job😀)

Ned’s came out to clean my solar panels. Their workers were very very friendly and told me what they were going to do to clean them. The panels have never been cleaned before. They were installed about 11 years ago. When they were done they looked brand new again. Next year I will have them do the whole house. They gave a good price and did an excellent job.

I had my gutters cleaned and I'm guessing everything is fine. One service you might want to add is to offer a report of what was done, things that could be done to improve things going forward...like "tree branches should be trimmed back at least 3 feet from the roof line"....as an example. Offer some feedback on the condition of the gutters. You could benefit your business by doing that. You could also offer a quarterly maintenance program at a discounted price. I paid over $400, but you could say that for $1200 annually, billed at $100 per month, you would come out 4 times a year. Just food for thought.
