“NO! Used services for gutter cleaning, patio cleaning for 3 years and Ned Stevens cancelled services after pre-paying for the last full year of gutter cleaning after agreeing to a set amount. Manager wanted to double the price from $150 to $300 per cleaning!! Also stated that additional work was needed on the down spouts for nearly $300 when in fact, our new gutter cleaning service found no problem whatsoever!”
