This was our first time using Ned Stevens to power wash our home. Both employees were professionally dressed and equipped. They clean the work site, and were patient explaining to us the process.

Used Ned's Services for gutter cleaning and couldn't be happier. My gutters hadn't been touched in 5+ years — there were literally trees growing out of them. The first crew's ladder accidentally went into a ground yellow jackets' nest and they had to hide in the truck for 35 minutes waiting for the bees to calm down. Despite that, they didn't charge me anything and just rescheduled, no hassle at all. When they came back, two guys finished fast and left the place spotless — no dirt on the walls, nothing. They've since done a fall cleaning and a late spring cleaning, both quick and easy. I also had them wash my windows and that came out great too. Honestly really affordable too, which matters since people don't have the same discretionary spending these days. Highly recommend Ned's Services!

Excellent service and communications. Just be aware of the cross-sell. It’s clear Ned’s strategy is to sell you something beyond gutter cleaning every time they come to service your property. There leave behind leaflet makes that clear (see photo, no option for a simply completed job😀)

Ned’s came out to clean my solar panels. Their workers were very very friendly and told me what they were going to do to clean them. The panels have never been cleaned before. They were installed about 11 years ago. When they were done they looked brand new again. Next year I will have them do the whole house. They gave a good price and did an excellent job.

Ned Stevens did a great job cleaning my deck. Looks so much better. The workers were thorough and efficient. I have wooden siding which is stained and my only complaint is that they damaged an area of the wood siding with the power washer.
