This was our first time using Ned Stevens to power wash our home. Both employees were professionally dressed and equipped. They clean the work site, and were patient explaining to us the process.

Ned’s provided an easy, efficient experience. I needed an emergency roof drain. I was stressing out because other companies that I tried to go through fell through completely. I contacted Ned’s and within a day all the work was completed, payment processed, and I did not even need to be present. I will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent service and communications. Just be aware of the cross-sell. It’s clear Ned’s strategy is to sell you something beyond gutter cleaning every time they come to service your property. There leave behind leaflet makes that clear (see photo, no option for a simply completed job😀)

I had my gutters cleaned and I'm guessing everything is fine. One service you might want to add is to offer a report of what was done, things that could be done to improve things going forward...like "tree branches should be trimmed back at least 3 feet from the roof line"....as an example. Offer some feedback on the condition of the gutters. You could benefit your business by doing that. You could also offer a quarterly maintenance program at a discounted price. I paid over $400, but you could say that for $1200 annually, billed at $100 per month, you would come out 4 times a year. Just food for thought.

After a major storm, my downspouts broke and my basement flooded. I was referred to Ned’s Home, and they were incredibly responsive, scheduling me quickly to address the issue before any further damage could occur. Hector, who handled my project, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He did an outstanding job, and even my roofing contractor commented on the quality of the work. I’m especially grateful because we had another heavy rainstorm this week, and thanks to Hector and the team at Ned’s Home, everything worked exactly as it should.
