Aggressive, pushy sales rep. I received a text saying the gutter cleaners would be to my house within a "few minutes to an hour" two days after I set up the appointment. When I set up the appointment they couldn't tell me when to expect someone and that I didn't need to be home. I said I wanted to be home, so the rep, JP, said he'd try to have someone let me know. I didn't have my credit card with me to give them the number over the phone, so he said someone would call me in about an hour to get it. I apparently missed their call, so I had no opportunity to confirm my appointment. Two days later, I received a text saying someone would be at my house to clean the gutters "in a few minutes to an hour". Since I never had the opportunity to pay for the service nor confirm the job, I wasn't expecting anyone. I had since hired a local company, so I called the number on the text message to cancel. The sales person that answered the phone for "new customers" was extremely pushy and said I had made an appointment and that he didn't know if he could get it canceled and that they might already be at my house. I told him I hadn't paid for it yet and never confirmed the job because of that. I also wasn't home and had requested to be home when I first made the call. The sales rep was not budging and would not accept my request to cancel the job. I put my foot down and told him if they did the work I would not pay for it. This call went on for about ten minutes with the sales rep not wanting to give up the job. I've NEVER been treated like this ever by a contactor and have owned homes and rental properties for over 20 years. When I made the initial phone call the sales pitch was in full force to get a yearly maintenance or get their foot in the door for powerwashing and other jobs. Read the Yelp reviews and you'll see what others have gone through. Terrible sales service! Stay local.

requested a quote online for gutter cleaning and they called me to set up an appointment which was going to be three weeks out. Then they requested to get my card information and keep it on file so they could charge me when the service was completed in three weeks. I've had a lot of work done to my house and I have never once had anyone request payment information until the job was complete. This was a gutter cleaning so they did not need to purchase any materials Beforehand. I declined and said I was not comfortable with that and said that I would pay for service on the day of. But they said they couldn't schedule me unless I gave them my payment information in advance. No thank you. Sounds pretty odd to me.

Terrible company. Ned Stevens continues to spam me with emails, mail flyers, and texts 3 years after I clearly have told them I no longer want their services. I paid over a $1000 for annual gutter cleaning. Told them ahead of time before signing contract that I had gutter helmets and they said no problem. On their first visit they dented my expensive gutters in 3 places with their ladders and then told me they couldn't fully clear my gutters due to the gutter helmets. Seriously? They never cleared the 2 places where I had backups. Then they tried to upsell me on shingle cleaning due to some mold they claimed. I asked for pictures, phone support says they can't take photos on roof for safety reasons. Meanwhile, I saw their Techs using their phones on the roof. Awful.

Good experience with them. They did a good job cleaning my gutters and removing the gutter guards that were on them they said if you keep up with your cleanings, there’s no need to have them there. Signed up for the yearly membership where they come out four times a year And clean the gutters. Thank you for your help you guys were awesome

I just had my gutters replaced from Ned Stevens Gutters. I’m so happy I called them. From the phone call and speaking with Spencer, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The day his team members came, I was impressed. They even took my old gutters and disposed it for me. I will definitely contact them in the spring time, to power wash my house. If you’re in the area and looking for gutter work or power washing, contact them. I’m glad I did! 😊
