I called yesterday, they came the next day. We weren't expecting them so soon, but hey it was nice we didn't have to wait a week or more. All fixed, cleaned out and ready for the next storm. They were attentive and commicative and answered all my concerns. Damian and Jeen were very nice. However,vi think and feel it was over priced for the service I received.

They did a great job and cleaned up the yard very nicely from the debris that came out! Can’t wait for rain to see the gutters work again!!!

I called for a gutter cleaning appointment. I was told it would be within 10 days, weather permitting. I received a text message prior to their arrival. Jhordan and Leonardo arrived and did an excellent job. They were friendly, quick and efficient. They even alerted me to a problem with my roofing, for which, I was very grateful. This is my second time using this company, and, I can highly recommend.

Ned’s was very responsive. Fair estimate. Service guys showed up on time. Super polite. Did a great job on the gutters and cleaned up afterwards like they were never one site. Highly recommended.

First I’d like to say that Im very grateful for the personal and professional way in which Prime Time Windows helped me in such short notice. I had a gathering that was scheduled to happen the very next day and Prime Time returned my call from the day before letting me know that they got my message later in the day and apologized for getting back to me so so late. They couldn’t promise that they would have someone out to my property ASAP because they had just left my area. So we set an appointment for the day of my party early in the morning.. Upon understanding my situation, the gentleman, told me that he’d try to get someone out to my way that same day but couldn’t guarantee it. I agreed and made the appointment for the next day. But 30 minutes later, I got a text letting me know that someone was on their way to me.. long story short, this gentleman looked like he’d already had a long day of hard work. But he was so friendly and his customer service skills were outstanding considering they probably had him turn around and came back. He was so professional when he saw the condition of my brick patio., which was overrun by weeds and had a huge black oil stain left over from Thanksgiving., and outdoor patio furniture all over the place… needless to say it was a mess. But he looked around and straight out said he could do it. And he. And it was a beautiful job too. I highly recommend them. You can count on prompt on time friendly service. I should know because this was the second time I used them. The first time was for gutter cleaning and that was a great job done too. So if you need something done, give them a call. I know I will.
