Not the greatest experience, but not the worst either. I didn’t receive a notification about the technicians coming to clean my gutters, and later found out the wrong number was on file. My grill wasn’t covered during the service, and this is how it was left afterward. I did call and speak with a representative to share my feedback — she was professional, understanding, and offered a 10% discount on my next cleaning. She also took the time to explain additional services they offer. Overall, I believe the company can do better and will improve next time. Looking forward to seeing how things go on the next visit.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Ned's Stevens Gutter Cleaning. I used them to clean my gutters, wash the exterior windows of my house, wash our deck, clean the roof, and clean the siding of our house. All jobs were completed to perfection. They do great work, left our property completely clean, showed up on time, all at a fair price for the work. From the initial contact (they answered their phone on first ring, they scheduled the work on first call, pleasant and friendly staff) through completion of the work, it was simply a pleasure to work with these folks. One last thing, and this is very important to me. Their workers wear safety equipment when they're working. They get up on the roof wearing protective helmets and equipment. That's a huge plus in my eye that they look out for their employees. You won't be sorry contracting with these folks. Consummate professionals!!

Ned’s team did an outstanding job of cleaning the gutters in my 2 story home. They were careful with the flowers and plantings near gutter spouts and cleaned up the roof tops from all excess debris. They were friendly and followed instructions. The price was appropriate for the work we asked them to do. Lastly, it was great to speak to Ned initially and discuss the overall project. He provided a lot of insight and options- big Thanks for that!

Great Experience. I called with a clogged gutters on my home that I was selling and I needed them cleaned fast. They worked with me and got me on the schedule in 72 hours! Work was done fast and professional. Great communication and great pricing. I will definitely use them again!

Sadly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Called in November to get someone to come out to clean the gutters. No less than 10 appointments were cancelled and rescheduled in the 3.5 months since. Some due to weather, which is completely understandable, but the vast majority were due to miscommunications and team member unavailability. There was no proactive communication, and every time I called I got the same sob story about the weather and pressure to become a full time member with 4 gutter (unnecessary) gutter cleanings per year to guarantee service. 0/10 stars, would not recommend.
