“The gutters cleaning was fine. My gutters were inspected and I was told all tjat I needed - I thought! I scheduled replacement of my gutters. Ned's came out and left a bote on my door saying to call them. All of the sudden, I need new rafters! They didn't mention this during the cleaning/nspection!!! Wjen they came to replace the gutters, no one even clumped a ladder! How could they see my rafters from the ground when they said nothing during the cleaning?!?! Then, I was told I need a "carpenter". They sigges6ed no one. I was p'd off.”
