Requested a gutter cleaning. Told them we have gutter guards and they said that’s not a problem and they’ll be put back properly after completion. This is how they left our gutters/roof shingles without even notifying us that they were finished so I couldn’t check the work before they left. Completely unacceptable and definitely will not be using again. They literally damaged our roof. Also found it hilarious that they kept asking meto sign up for a year long plan before they even did any work and now after seeing the work after they left our property, comical to think I would trust them to do gutter cleaning work at our house again.

I engaged Ned's to wash the siding on my house, a service they provide. While the customer service people are excellent,and the cleaning team that arrived to do the work was indeed efficient, the job was not completed and follow up was disappointing. A large streak of unwashed siding was obvious at the back of the house, in a visible location over the back door. I called them to come back and clean this area. They had already charged me for the full job at that point. But they did not come back to clean the area of siding that they'd skipped. The timeline of their inaction is relevant I think, I contracted with them over two months ago. They did the cleaning soon after working around our schedule, which was good, but they did not clean all of the siding. Most noticeably, areas of the siding had not been cleaned over the back yard window visible from the patio and back yard, a prominent spot. I called them to come back and do that portion of the work again to finish the job properly. I had to call a second time. Then last week I got a notice that the crew was on their way. They did not arrive. The job still remains unfinished. I'm disappointed and caution against using this company.

The team that came today to clean and inspect my gutters, downspouts and yard filters were fantastic. They came on time, listened to my concerns, and performed each task thoroughly, and efficiently. They cleaned up as they moved along and performed all tasks professionally. I highly recommend this team for their reliability and workmanship. They reviewed areas that needed extra attention to ensure no obstructions in the gutters, downspouts and yard filters. A job well done!

Roberto crew from NEDSHOME replaced my gutter on 5/29/26. Two weeks after the new gutter installation, rain water from leaking gutter leaked into interior of my house, and wet spot appeared on the ceiling of my front door entry. Also, I noticed rain water falling down to vinyl siding instead of going to down spout. NEDSHOME sent the crew back to my house to fix the gutter leaking problem. The crew and manager couldn't find anything wrong. I upload the leaking gutter pictures online. Some people indicate missing kick-out diverter flashing. The contractor failed to install required kick‑out diverter flashing at all gutter end caps where the roof meets a vertical wall, causing water to run behind the siding and into my home. After I reported the issue, NEDSHOME sent the same manager back on 7/7/26 at 3:30 PM. The manager stated that he “does not install kick‑out diverters” on gutter installation. At my request, the manager installed one kick‑out flashing, and it was done incorrectly. The attached photo shows the flashing is undersized, improperly angled, heavily caulked, and not integrated with the step flashing or siding. The same crew and manager have now come to my property three times and have failed to correct the defects. Because they have demonstrated a lack of knowledge and skill, it caused damage on my property. I don't recommend the gutter crew for anyone else.
