I had a new Carrier Air Conditioning system installed July 28, 2026, and the work was excellent. The techs Alejandro Nieves Aguilar and Carlos Regalado Nunez were on time, courteous, and professional removing the old handler and compressor and installing brand new replacements. The compressor is larger than the previous one and required placing a new base in the area. This was not easy installation since I had no A/C and it was very hot outside! I'm grateful at the speed all this took place. Regular maintenance by Simon Dion on July 25 led to an appointment with Comfort Advisor Mitchell Blasko July 27, who spent quality time with me advising me of my system needs and providing me with the right solution at an excellent price. Installation occurred the very next day. Thank you for all these professional employees. And, thanks to each, I am COOL TODAY!

Cool Today just finished the installation of my new HVAC system and I am totally satisfied with the experience. From the initial discussion of the system that best fit our situation to the Installation Technicians was a five star experience. The installation team showed up on time and were very professional throughout the installation process and in the explanation of the system and how it works. They also left the work area clean and neat. I was very impressed by the entire experience.

The AC in my rental property went out and Omar the service tech was there within an hour and diagnosed and was able to get it running again. I know it’s an older unit (r-22) and the relay in the air handler had burned. I discussed with Omar and we came to the conclusion that it would be best to replace the entire system. I met with Chris a few hours later at the property and I decided to go with a Carrier system that has a 10 year parts and labor warranty at a good price that also included a free duct cleaning and an upgraded WiFi thermostat, also the repair cost to get the unit working was waived. Although I hadn’t planned on purchasing a new AC system it was a pleasant experience with Omar and Chris while knowing that I will soon have a product that is safe and worry free for the next 10 years at least!

I had a new A/C unit installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The two service technicians Paul and Carlos were incredibly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed properly before they left. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future! 5 Stars.

Cool Today installed a Carrier 2.5-ton central air conditioner in my home today. I am extremely happy with the new system and the professionalism of the Cool Today technicians. They did a great job on the outside condenser unit and air handler unit inside. An important note is that Cool Today brought the entire system up to code and took care of the warranty submission and all county permits. The Cool Today representative's quote was clear, explaining everything in detail and providing a clear quote with all details. The Cool Today technicians did everything as was quoted and took the time to explain to me every detail about my new system. They removed the old system and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Cool Today for their professionalism and offering a high-quality Carrier air conditioner at a great price. I am glad to be cool today too.
