I have to say Cool Today is a great company, I own two properties. One of my properties. I first hired this company to do a new A/C unit. They did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. Ive had them out to service my other property a/c unit and Matt was prompted, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick to assess and determine the issue with the a/c unit. Issue solved and unit runs quietly also efficiently now. I would highly recommend Cool Today to anyone who needs a reputable company to handle all your a/c replacement and or repairs ! David Miller and Adriel Velez did our installation of AC and Heating unit. Incredible team. They did a beautiful job. Very respectful of property. Left everything clean. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my experience with this team and cool today at 120. Highly recommend this company. Professional , no high pressure sales. Thrilled with the experience.

We’ve been loyal Cool Today members for years because we truly trust their honesty and hard work. Yesterday's maintenance service was a perfect example of why. Our technician, Ronnie, was fantastic. I was notified exactly when he would arrive, and he was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the visit. He went above and beyond by giving us some great tips about our airflow regarding some extra filters in our return vents. He even found and replaced a switch in the bottom of our HVAC unit that we didn't even know existed! We really appreciate the thorough, trustworthy service. Thanks, Ronnie!

Our a/c was not cooling like we thought it should. So we contacted Cool today. Agustin notified us that he was 30 minutes out. He was very nice and respectful. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and found that we had a possible leak and needed more Freon. We ended up getting a maintenance plan through cool today. I was very happy with our experience. He was very nice and really took care of business. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have had two negative experiences with Cool Today. The first was when I bought an air conditioner from them. They tried to install a used unit instead of a new one. I just happened to stop by while they were installing it. I questioned the tape residue on the unit and the dent on the panel. The installer said it was a used unit. I had him stop the installation, and told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor said that yes it was a used unit, but it wasn’t used that long. I made them take it back and install a new unit. The second issue I had with them was when I had the unit serviced while still under warranty. The service technician said the unit was fine, but the ductwork was a problem. I told him Cool Today installed new ductwork when they installed the new AC unit. He said OK and left. Later that day the unit stopped working. They sent out a different technician, he said the compressor was dead. He ordered a new one, said it would take 3-5 business days to get it. I called the office and asked if they could hook up a portable unit in the meantime. I was told they would send an email to request it, and someone would call me. I was told they can’t talk directly to other departments, and have to send an email. It took 9 days to get the new compressor installed. During that 9 days I called at least four times to ask about a portable unit, each time I got the same response, they would email the department that handles that, and they would call me. I’m still waiting for that call… Fot those reasons I can’t recommend Cool Today.
