I had a new Carrier Air Conditioning system installed July 28, 2026, and the work was excellent. The techs Alejandro Nieves Aguilar and Carlos Regalado Nunez were on time, courteous, and professional removing the old handler and compressor and installing brand new replacements. The compressor is larger than the previous one and required placing a new base in the area. This was not easy installation since I had no A/C and it was very hot outside! I'm grateful at the speed all this took place. Regular maintenance by Simon Dion on July 25 led to an appointment with Comfort Advisor Mitchell Blasko July 27, who spent quality time with me advising me of my system needs and providing me with the right solution at an excellent price. Installation occurred the very next day. Thank you for all these professional employees. And, thanks to each, I am COOL TODAY!

I have to say Cool Today is a great company, I own two properties. One of my properties. I first hired this company to do a new A/C unit. They did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. Ive had them out to service my other property a/c unit and Matt was prompted, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick to assess and determine the issue with the a/c unit. Issue solved and unit runs quietly also efficiently now. I would highly recommend Cool Today to anyone who needs a reputable company to handle all your a/c replacement and or repairs ! The AC in my rental property went out and Omar the service tech was there within an hour and diagnosed and was able to get it running again. I know it’s an older unit (r-22) and the relay in the air handler had burned. I discussed with Omar and we came to the conclusion that it would be best to replace the entire system. I met with Chris a few hours later at the property and I decided to go with a Carrier system that has a 10 year parts and labor warranty at a good price that also included a free duct cleaning and an upgraded WiFi thermostat, also the repair cost to get the unit working was waived. Although I hadn’t planned on purchasing a new AC system it was a pleasant experience with Omar and Chris while knowing that I will soon have a product that is safe and worry free for the next 10 years at least!

David Miller and Adriel Velez did our installation of AC and Heating unit. Incredible team. They did a beautiful job. Very respectful of property. Left everything clean. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate my experience with this team and cool today at 120. Highly recommend this company. Professional , no high pressure sales. Thrilled with the experience.

I had a new A/C unit installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The two service technicians Paul and Carlos were incredibly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed properly before they left. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future! 5 Stars.
