I have to say Cool Today is a great company, I own two properties. One of my properties. I first hired this company to do a new A/C unit. They did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. Ive had them out to service my other property a/c unit and Matt was prompted, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick to assess and determine the issue with the a/c unit. Issue solved and unit runs quietly also efficiently now. I would highly recommend Cool Today to anyone who needs a reputable company to handle all your a/c replacement and or repairs ! I’ve used Cool Today for a variety of services at my home in Sarasota including A/C, Electrical and Plumbing. They helped me with a kitchen remodeling project where I put in an island with a gas range. Most recently, they came out to service my LG mini-split A/C cleaning the filters and treating the coils on all 5 headend units in my house. Jake was the technician. He arrived on time, was thorough in his work and pleasant to work with. He kept me informed of his progress while he worked and explained everything as he completed the maintenance of my systems. He presented me with some preventative options I could consider pointing out a potential issue with these systems, if not properly maintained. He wasn’t pushy about it but gave me the good and the bad side to consider. I strongly recommend using Cool Today for anyone needing assistance with plumbing, electrical or A/C issues. They are pretty fair when it comes to price and do a good job addressing these issues.

The technician, Christopher Trujillo did an excellent job. He provided us with a courtesy call to let us know his ETA. He was on time, very polite, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and what he did and gave good recommendations for the future. A plus service. Thank you for your service.

Update: Cool Today has done an excellent job fixing these issues. They have been diligent and earnest in their efforts. Because of their genuine concern and effectiveness correcting the issues, I am changing my review rating to 5 stars. Well done Cool Today! We've had a code 22 on and off since the install November 2024. Raphael Ramirez, a service technician, came today to do a maintenance check. He got a code 22 just like we have been getting since the install. Raphael said a code 22 must be corrected, since it's an error code there is something wrong. I told him I've called in several times to get it fixed but to avail. Also, the hurricane pad cracked shortly after install and the rear inside unit has had a cracked hinge since the install. Still waiting to get everything fixed after a year! How much longer must I wait??

Billy was out today due to our upstairs AC not working. I scheduled the appointment this morning for 12-4 same day service. They confirmed the appointment, called before arrival and text me a photo of who was coming. Billy kept us updated throughout the appointment and got our AC back up and running in less than an hour. Awesome experience with Cool Today! Signed up for their HVAC care plan after being impressed with their customer service.
