Cool Today just finished the installation of my new HVAC system and I am totally satisfied with the experience. From the initial discussion of the system that best fit our situation to the Installation Technicians was a five star experience. The installation team showed up on time and were very professional throughout the installation process and in the explanation of the system and how it works. They also left the work area clean and neat. I was very impressed by the entire experience.

Great experience. They installed our new AC system quickly and professionally, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Mitch in sales was friendly, knowledgeable, Gus and Xavier did a great job with the installation! Highly recommend!

I had a new Carrier Air Conditioning system installed July 28, 2026, and the work was excellent. The techs Alejandro Nieves Aguilar and Carlos Regalado Nunez were on time, courteous, and professional removing the old handler and compressor and installing brand new replacements. The compressor is larger than the previous one and required placing a new base in the area. This was not easy installation since I had no A/C and it was very hot outside! I'm grateful at the speed all this took place. Regular maintenance by Simon Dion on July 25 led to an appointment with Comfort Advisor Mitchell Blasko July 27, who spent quality time with me advising me of my system needs and providing me with the right solution at an excellent price. Installation occurred the very next day. Thank you for all these professional employees. And, thanks to each, I am COOL TODAY!

I had a new A/C unit installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The two service technicians Paul and Carlos were incredibly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed properly before they left. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future! 5 Stars.

We were blown away with the positive experience with Cool Today! Purchasing two new HVAC systems can be a stressful event - big money, and uncertainty of what to buy and who to trust! But from the very first touchpoint, the customer experience has been top notch. Professional, timely, courteous, and educational. We feel that we got great products at a good price, and are confident that the service team will be there for us if/when we need them. Highly recommend Cool Today!
