We highly recommend Highpoint roofing. Did an excellent job! Looks beautiful and cleaned up so well couldn’t tell they were even here. Very professional and informative throughout the whole process. The project was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everything on the outside of the house was replaced ... facia, gutters, downspouts, siding, three doors, two storm doors and one window. I got three estimates and Highpoint beat the other two. Brandon came and met with me to discuss the project. I chose the style and colors I wanted and he showed me what it would look like on my house on the laptop. Brandon emailed me all the information so I would have it. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything from the purchase to the install. He explained it all in detail and answered all my questions. I appreciated his professionalism and understanding that I wasn't making a decision at that moment. He just said to call him if I needed anything else or had any questions. The project manager for the installation was Chad. He and his crew was very professional, showed up on time, got right to work, worked all day and cleaned up each day when they were done. Chad took pictures of the doorbell, cameras, lights, etc. on the house so when they were put back they would be in the same place. I hadn't included the three door replacements at the initial meeting with Brandon and when I decided to do that, Chad went above and beyond to show me what doors were available and he made two trips to get them. I had several requests and everything I asked them to do was completed ... "no problem". When I asked to keep the doors, they put them in the basement. The next day I changed my mind so they carried them out of the basement and disposed of them. The lights out front were changed to recessed lighting and they made sure the brightness was set on my preference. They raised the "ceiling" of the porch 8 inches so it wasn't directly above the door, making it look much better, bigger and more comfortable. Chad was right on top of things, had great ideas and took care of all aspects, even things I didn't expect and that weren't in the contract. The crew was a great group of guys ... kind, friendly and considerate of me, my dogs and my property. I could go on about Brandon, Chad, the crew and the experience in general but the main thing is that they do exceptional work, they are honest, they go way out of their way to get everything done as you want it and to be positive you are pleased with the results. It was my pleasure dealing with Highpoint and I very highly recommend them. Thank you to Brandon, Chad and their crew for everything !!! It was my pleasure !! I highly recommend High Point Roofing! We discovered a roof leak right in the middle of our bathroom renovation, and they came out quickly, identified the problem, and made the necessary repair. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything, which gave me real peace of mind. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they truly helped take the stress out of an unexpected situation. I recently used High Point for a minor roof repair. I explained my issue over the phone to Nick, and he came out the very next day to inspect our roof. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to carefully explain what his inspection showed (including pictures), and the repair work was done promptly and efficiently. I also wasn't pressured about replacing the entire roof. I highly recommend High Point and definitely would use them again.

I had a small roof leak in my home in Mickleton New Jersey. I reached out to High Point Roofing and Bachman's roofing to inspect and get an estimate for repairs. Wayne Lelle from High Point roofing came out and advised that the roof leak was due to my chimney not having a storm collar; however, they did not install storm collars. They advised i should have a storm collar installed and if that did not work they provided an estimate for $950 to replace a small section of roofing around the chimney/area that was leaking. Bachman's roofing came out to inspect after high point came out. When reaching out to Bachman's, i was very clear that i needed a company to install a storm collar on my chimney. After their inspection they advised that the leak was not due to the storm collar and that i needed a new section of roofing where the leak was present or a whole new roof. They quoted me $13k for the small section that High Point quoted $950 for. Ultimately i had Krise services install the storm collar for $400 (recommended by high point roofing). Just had a big rainstorm last night and guess what, no water intrusion whatsoever. High point saved me a ton of money. I could not say better things about high point, they absolutely did the right thing by me. Easily could have extracted more money from my situation but they took the high road. Will 100% be reaching out to them when it is time to get a new roof or windows.
