The project was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everything on the outside of the house was replaced ... facia, gutters, downspouts, siding, three doors, two storm doors and one window. I got three estimates and Highpoint beat the other two. Brandon came and met with me to discuss the project. I chose the style and colors I wanted and he showed me what it would look like on my house on the laptop. Brandon emailed me all the information so I would have it. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything from the purchase to the install. He explained it all in detail and answered all my questions. I appreciated his professionalism and understanding that I wasn't making a decision at that moment. He just said to call him if I needed anything else or had any questions. The project manager for the installation was Chad. He and his crew was very professional, showed up on time, got right to work, worked all day and cleaned up each day when they were done. Chad took pictures of the doorbell, cameras, lights, etc. on the house so when they were put back they would be in the same place. I hadn't included the three door replacements at the initial meeting with Brandon and when I decided to do that, Chad went above and beyond to show me what doors were available and he made two trips to get them. I had several requests and everything I asked them to do was completed ... "no problem". When I asked to keep the doors, they put them in the basement. The next day I changed my mind so they carried them out of the basement and disposed of them. The lights out front were changed to recessed lighting and they made sure the brightness was set on my preference. They raised the "ceiling" of the porch 8 inches so it wasn't directly above the door, making it look much better, bigger and more comfortable. Chad was right on top of things, had great ideas and took care of all aspects, even things I didn't expect and that weren't in the contract. The crew was a great group of guys ... kind, friendly and considerate of me, my dogs and my property. I could go on about Brandon, Chad, the crew and the experience in general but the main thing is that they do exceptional work, they are honest, they go way out of their way to get everything done as you want it and to be positive you are pleased with the results. It was my pleasure dealing with Highpoint and I very highly recommend them. Thank you to Brandon, Chad and their crew for everything !!! It was my pleasure !! High Point Roofing has been an absolute pleasure during the planning and installation phases of the new roof on my home. From the inital meeting with the project manager to discuss the process, timeline, materials, warrantee and cleanup to the delivery of materials, installation, cleanup and the end product I am 100% satisfied. No question I would recommend HighPoint. It deserves mentioning that I requested an additional roofing project on another building on my property during the roof install. The project manager moved quickly and schedule that job for completion within 2 weeks. Professionalism at High Point appears to be built into every transaction.

I recently used High Point for a minor roof repair. I explained my issue over the phone to Nick, and he came out the very next day to inspect our roof. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to carefully explain what his inspection showed (including pictures), and the repair work was done promptly and efficiently. I also wasn't pressured about replacing the entire roof. I highly recommend High Point and definitely would use them again.

Great experience from the initial evaluation and quote, to finishing up the cosmetics around the final completion. I had a skylight leak that was above a rear porch patio. Other contractors were more concerned with replacing the entire roof with new material and raising the frame of the roof to be more slopped ($8k+ worth of work, a money grab to try and up-sell me more work than I truly need). The slope is smallee than it should be yes, but that wasn't the reason why the leak started. High Point was able to confirm all of this, replace and re-install a new skylight in a manner that would be able to mitigate moisture better than the original ones, which was the main issue why it began to leak. The final result was fantastic and looks very professional. The work was actually done by people who worked for the company, not a group of shady sub contractors pulling up in their personal vehicles. When I do want to spend the extra money on re-doing the material of the roof, I will certainly be doing so with High Point. I have a high level of respect for contractors that get to the point and ultimately suggest an all-encompassing solution that not only is cost-friendly, but actually resolves my reported issue for the next 10 years until I'm ready to re-do the rest of the roof. Special hats off to Paul, Kyle (who I think was the PM), and Chuck.

Highly recommend. We had a loose piece of vinyl hanging off our roof, and Brandon came to the rescue! He came out the same day and made the repair quickly. Great service and even better price. Definitely our new go-to for any future needs.
