“We have worked with Global before when they installed our windows in our previous home a few years ago. Once again we were pleased with their service. Dawn kept us up to date on the project, Marty was helpful and informative and answered all our questions during the consultation and Daniel did our installation again and was as thorough as the first time. We are in a condo situation this time and had to get condo association approval and Global was knowledgeable about what our condo association required (did all the leg work) and made sure we had the plans and everything we needed to submit to them in a timely manner. Though we haven't gone through a winter yet we're sure the windows will be as good as they were with keeping the cold weather out as the previous ones were. Highly recommend Global for window replacement.”

“We have used Global for many projects (Windows, Roof, doors, siding and Gutters) and the workmanship is always top quality. I do not enjoy the sales process and negotiating with the Sales person on a price - always making customer feel like they are doing them a favor rather than appreciating the customers business. Same process all the time... Sales person has to call for the best price...this is the deal we will give you today if you sign right now etc. Its a game I am not comfortable with, but tolerate as a repeat customer because I know the quality of the workmanship.”
