“Great product. Installers of our door knowledgeable about fitting it. However, in the cutting down of the door to fit the jamb, the entire area around them was littered with multitude of sharp shreds of aluminum that was difficult for me to clean up. I had to sweep, vacuum, and pick pieces out of the brick by hand. Even though this was done outdoors,I have pets and grandchildren to consider being harmed by it. Some advice to the installers who must cut down doors to fit: use the box that the door came in to create a barrier with it to cut in,catching the debris and confining it. Also, for safety, the men should be wearing eye protection.”

“I think the work was really good, quality was very good. I don't think the windows are as strong in terms of heat transfer as I thought they were. The glass is supposed to stop the heat from going in and out. I don't think the glass that they gave me in my windows is as resistant to heat transfer as I'd like it to be. At least, I thought it was going to be better than that. Other than that, the service was fine. I'd grade them in the middle somewhere. The quality of the work was very good. They cleaned up nicely. They were very punctual. I didn't like what I think I'm seeing with the transfer of heat with the windows.”

“The quality of the work made it a positive experience. They did full siding, some roofing, gutters, some trim work, and some exterior screen doors installed. I would say they get an A for the gutter experience. My overall roofing and siding experience would be A. There were issues along the way with money, with pricing, and that would be my buyers beware thing. Just be sure that you dot all your i’s and cross all your t’s, and be very specific about what you’re paying for. That came up around several things. I was happy with the way we resolved it, but the project ended up costing me about ten percent more than I expected, which is a lot when you’re talking about a $28,000 job that ended up costing me about $4,000 more. However, with quality of work, I would say A all the way across the board. They were good guys and meticulous about cleaning up. Considering it was through the holidays in the middle of winter and freezing cold, they were great.”
