“Roofing project = 10/10 great job. Leo was communicative, and his team was great. Painting project = 3/10. Daniel would tell us one thing, but the crew would behave differently. The painter was unprofessional and rude. They did a sloppy job trying to finish in one day, left a mess, and damaged our property.”

“The gutter serviceman was polite & professional. He did his work efficiently and left out property neat & clean when the job was completed.”
“There are several things that happen that the management should hear. I got my gutters cleaned and a section of the gutter replaced, and everybody was thorough, and the process was very nice. The first issue was they got the wrong size gutters and had to come back again to actually replace the gutters. The second issue was that they came back and replaced the gutters, but they didn't put the screen back on. I called in and was told that I didn't ask for screens. When I told them, that it made no sense and that I am not a gutter person, but I just wanted them fixed and put back in their original position. In talking to the supervisor, he agreed to go ahead and come back and replace the screens. So it took three trips in about a month to get my gutter work done.”

“I was able to get an appointment for an estimate quickly and the work done the next week. I was on a tight schedule for this remodel and they came thru so we could move back into our home quickly. The painters covered dark brown and griege walls with a light gray. It looks amazing. Very professional. Worth every penny to have ceilngs, walls, trim and beams done.”

They communicated at least once a week about the status and expected timeline of the project and repeatedly followed up afterward to help close everything out and make sure we had everything we needed.
