I can’t think of one thing they could have done better. Francisco was fantastic. Walked the outside of our home. Made suggestions. We said yes to most of them, but not all. Got a quote. Agreed. Communication up until the work was done was clear and consistent. Never wondered who was in charge or if we had been forgotten. Then the work week hit and the job was done in three days. The main work was to paint the gutters, window trim, siding, and facia boards. The crew was terrific and responsive. Asked about a couple of small items. Resolved a couple of minor issues. It was all done really well. I am totally pleased. I would hire them again and am happy to recommend Phillips Home Improvements to others.

Thank you guys! Great job and great service. Jose Martinez and the team gave my roof a tune up today including a number of repairs. They went over everything in detail beforehand including pictures and labels of areas needing repair, explained the entire process, answered all my questions clearly and executed a great job. My impression of Phillips is that of an excellent company that shows great care in their work and customers. They do great quality work, show a lot of integrity and honesty, and I will use them again for future projects.

Very pleased with Phillips Home Improvements. From contract to completion, every team member delivered. The PM (Ray) was friendly and knowledgeable and was with us every step of the process. The carpentry and painting crew (Jorge) demonstrated great attention to detail and dedication. The gutters crew also did a fantastic job. I will definitely call them again for other projects!

I hired Phillips to replace a substantial amount of trim and siding along with painting and some new gutters. Daniel did a great job keeping me informed of the schedule. He addressed and corrected any issues I had quickly. I am very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them to a friend.

Our choice to use Phillips Home Improvement to paint the outside of our house was a great decision. Our Project Consultant- Matt Marshall - was informative about PHI’s history of success in delivering high quality solutions to homeowners. And his response and answers to all our questions convinced us to hire them to do our project. And we couldn’t be happier about the results! The Project Manager - Giud - always kept us informed about progress and our change requests. He was responsive to my calls and texts and provided clear communications to all throughout the project. The team - Jorge and Jose working under Juan’s leadership - showed up on time, checked in to confirm the schedule for the day and worked well and efficiently together, handling the changes we requested with ease. They were mindful of our landscaping and always professional in their work habits. And the results were outstanding! I’m a handyman of sorts and reccognize good workmanship when I see it. And these guys are good! Out neighbors were all praiseful of the work they did and the transformational results to our house! Without a doubt, my wife and I highly recommend Phillips Home Improvement if you have painting, remodeling or restoration needs!

I was told I wouldn’t even have to be there for them to start but instead they all had to come back several days later. Also, come get your damn sign. It’s in the carport."

"for a $10,000 paint job I expected a more professional finished paint job. Every day I see poorer paint work for example I see missed spots where the older paint still shows, areas missed on the trim and paint stokes going in different direction. I am not going to point out what your project manager should have seen. They did come and corrected some of the work I point out. but as stated it is must worst then I thought."

"There are several things that happen that the management should hear. I got my gutters cleaned and a section of the gutter replaced, and everybody was thorough, and the process was very nice. The first issue was they got the wrong size gutters and had to come back again to actually replace the gutters. The second issue was that they came back and replaced the gutters, but they didn't put the screen back on. I called in and was told that I didn't ask for screens. When I told them, that it made no sense and that I am not a gutter person, but I just wanted them fixed and put back in their original position. In talking to the supervisor, he agreed to go ahead and come back and replace the screens. So it took three trips in about a month to get my gutter work done."

"Phillips excels at roofing, painting and gutter installations. Your fence staining was also top notch. I'd give an A rating on all of those. Communication to coordinate all the phases of construction fell a bit short. I'd rate a B- there. Where Phillips fell short was yard cleanup. I picked up over 100 nails, staples and screws after your crew did 3 magnetic roller passes. One of the nails went all the way thru my shoe! I spent hours combing my yard and each time I would find at least a dozen new nails that your magnetic roller missed."

"This is the third time they put a roof on. The first two times were seamless. This time, there were a lot of issues. I had a 25-year-old manager. He wasn't there that much. There were a lot of things that shouldn't have happened. I gave them an eight because of that. His wife also had a baby during it, so it was a little bit on the distracting side for him. I am not blaming him. He did what he could do, but I think they had him stretched way too thin because he was off doing other things when, as I really preferred, he'd be here."

"I love a lot about Phillips starting with the salesman who came to make an estimate for the project. He made a very comprehensive list of what would be included on our project and an estimate based on that list. There was no wondering about whether or not something would be included in the work, it was all in black and white. The salesman was cordial but not pushy. He gave us a clear assessment of the work that should be done to fix our problem. He explained some in very fine detail as my husband asked for more clarity on a couple items. After signing an agreement to have the work done, we heard from a scheduler who set us up with an appointment. The crew showed on time up on the scheduled day and time along with a supervisor. The supervisor had the same list as I had of the items that had been estimated and we walked through the list, pointing at each item to be sure we were on the same page. While doing the walk through I discovered an extra problem, not on the list, so he simply gave me the price for the addition and with my permission added it to the list. I expressed a few concerns and he also made note of those so that when he returned to look at the finished work with me, he could call those concerns out and make sure they had been addressed satisfactorily. The crew were very professional. They completed everything on the list without a need for me to call out anything left undone. They went beyond expectations when they looked beyond the areas they had to repair (this was partially a roof project) to see if there was anything else that might cause a problem later. To complete their very professional job, everything was left very clean. We will definitely call on Phillips Home Improvement for the next project."

"They arrived every day on time, and they stayed late if they needed to complete whatever they were working on. We needed to have them back to do touch up, and they gladly came back and did it. They were professional and drove professional vehicles. There was a project manager that came, and they did not ask to be paid before the job started. We paid half up front and the rest when we were completely satisfied. Not only that, they were very fair on their quote. "I have already told quite a few people about Phillips Home Improvements. I have neighbors doing work on their home. They asked me who did my gutters, and I told them about Phillips Home Improvements. I told them how kind Manuel and everyone who worked on the job were. When the gentleman who installed the gutters arrived, he was an older gentleman. I called Phillips Home Improvements. I told them that there was only one man there to put up all those gutters. They told me not to worry because I would see that he was qualified. When the inspector came, he asked me what I thought. I said I could not believe it. He was just a marvel; he did everything well."
