I'll start by saying that they got the job done and the work seems to be done well. But the overall experience was a bit of a mess. A portion of our gutter was ripped away from the house. We had Exterior Medics come out for an estimate, and told the salesman we needed to include scaring out any animals that might have made a home in the attic while it was exposed and clearing the leaves from all the house's gutters so this wouldn't happen elsewhere. He agreed and I even wrote both those items in the contract, which they signed. The salesman said we'd get to work 5 to 14 days from the receipt of the deposit. There was a lot of delay and back and forth with three different employees, but fine. It was over the holidays and they eventually got out there in a reasonable amount of time. I was told it was very important to cc: everyone involved in my work (Xavier, Allysson, Riane, Ennis, and ProductionAdmin) but then Xavier texted me separately. Fine, I'll just circle it back around so we're all on the same page. They told me they don't do animal removal, but fine, just let me know that from the start; and my tenant ran a power tool and scared out any animals. They said they only had gas to blow out the gutters in this one area, but fine, my tenant loaned him our blower. I got a note that my second payment was past due although I had sent them a check on the day they did the work. I told them to look around the office and apparently they found it because they deposited it (though didn't tell me). Fine, we're all settled up. Again, they got the work done and everyone was very nice about it, but it was far more of a process to get it done than should have been necessary.

Exterior Medics redid the very large front windows here in capitol hill DC. They do a great job and are very communicative from start to finish. The installed new casement windows and large picture windows at this home. Thank you to the whole team but especially Riane Ferrari and Francis Yates for their great project management.

From start to finish this was the easiest home project we have had at our home. Scheduling, estimates, project management and final payment communication was easy and pain free. We have never had such a thorough review of our project before singing off on the work. We would 100% recommend Exterior Medics for your home exterior needs!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Exterior Medics and Tom Green. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He takes the time to explain every detail clearly and provides honest guidance, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. The company helped us fix a structural issue caused by a water leak and replaced our siding. The team was punctual and professional throughout the process, and they completed the work neatly with great attention to detail. My experience with Exterior Medics has been excellent. Tom Green was so helpful and accessible in helping us make the right decision for our roofing and gutter systems as well as our door and shutter replacements. Very convenient using zoom (which we needed with our busy schedules) and he was able to go over all of our options with us without feeling overwhelmed by all the different finishes etc. We never felt pressured and their pricing was incredibly competitive especially with the value they provide as a top notch exterior remodel company!! We are excited for our home to get the TLC it deserves!! Thank you Tom and the Exterior Medics team!
