Tom was great, he was very attentive to our needs and working with the insurance company to get the maximum reimbursement. Rami our project manager, was very communicative from the beginning through the end of the project. Highly recommend Exterior Medics, local, reliable, and trustworthy company.

The crew that installed our new roof was great – responsive and hard working! Ron, the Sales Consultant, clearly explained all aspects of the project and worked with our schedule for installation. He professionally provided the estimate and any changes we requested. Riane, the Project Manager, provided excellent customer service and was through with any change orders to the job. We appreciated that the company was always in contact with us regarding the status of the project from scheduling to final invoicing. There were no surprises as everything is laid out clearly in the final proposal paperwork. There is a100% service warranty, guaranteeing all of their installation services that is transferable. They provided photos of the roof replacement, and it is beautiful. We are confident it will last for years to come.

Exterior Medics to the rescue! We had some sagging bay windows replaced and needed to repair the exterior siding. Exterior Medics met with us, took the time to match our siding that's original to an older home, and did an amazing job throughout. Everyone was so friendly and fantastic to work with, I will certainly be using Exterior Medics on my next exterior house project. Thank you!

Exterior Medics hit a home run first time up at bat with me! They transformed my old, drafty office porch windows into a master piece of beauty. They also put in a new roof over the porch. Their crew was fast, efficient and friendly. Their clean up was impeccable. I'm looking forward to my next project with them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Exterior Medics, specifically William and Lizandro. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly professional, respectful, and well prepared. Before beginning the work on my ceiling, they carefully covered and protected the entire surrounding area. One detail I especially appreciated was that they came prepared with shoe covers — something that may seem small, but means a lot when you care about keeping your home clean. They worked efficiently and professionally, and what impressed me most was how clean everything remained. There was virtually no dust or mess throughout the house, and once the job was completed, they cleaned the entire work area and left everything exactly as they found it. The quality of their work was also outstanding. The ceiling was finished so neatly and precisely that I can only describe it as surgical-level craftsmanship — almost like doctors carefully stitching everything back together. Considering the name Exterior Medics, it was very fitting! William and Lizandro were courteous, skilled, organized, and clearly took pride in their work. It is rare to have contractors complete a job and leave the space this clean and well cared for afterward. I would absolutely recommend Exterior Medics, and especially William and Lizandro, to anyone looking for professional, respectful, high-quality service. Exterior Medics — From roof to ground, we fix it all around!
