Once an agreement has been made, a phone call would save customers time from waiting at home, only to have no one show up. I also was not comfortable sharing paystubs with the person who came to the house. If I decide to pay instead of charge, then I should be allowed to pay without the extra questions. That was my first red flag.”

“The windows are very good. They are energy efficient. No cold air is coming through. The estimation and the whole process was very smooth and very though. The installation did not go very well. The people who installed the windows left significant gaps between the molding and the wall. After they left the gaps, they left it as it was We had to call them back to come fix it. They applied caulking that was very messy and very thick onto the wall it was not smooth or straight. They were asked to remove it so we could do it ourself. After a few conversations they were on the phone, and they came back and did the work and it was much more acceptable. We are very happy with everything else outside of the installation process.”

“The estimate process went smoothly but neither the sales guys nor the planner who came by later listened to what I was telling them. I told them this house has insulation under the siding and original masonite siding under that. Neither said that it would be an additional cost to remove the masonite or that it would have to be removed. That was not communicated until the demolition had started. There was no choice but to accept the additional cost at this point. Also, it was not communicated until work was in process that since we had insulation under the siding that intersected our lower roof, which was done by PHR, the roofing flashing did not match up with the side of the house. They would need to rig something on the side of the house, that looks terrible, to make sure there would be no leaks. We have been through our neighborhood of 760 houses all built together and have not found one that has anything like what was installed on our house. The project manager said they would schedule a team to come back and fix the issue, have not been here yet. We also paid to have all of our other windows wrapped with new product, however the lower front windows were not done to my satisfaction. This is to be addressed by the returning team.”

Gutters and soffett and rainspouts. They arrived late in the afternoon instead when when they projected to arrive in the morning. They finished in the dark, left nails, screws, etc, all over the yard, driveway and flowerbeds. Work looks great, but poor planning on finishing up the project. You should never give a client a time to start and then change this midstream on any project.”
“you have not picked up five boxes of left over siding materials left at the site for a project completed on 11/21/2925. i have called several times but the building materials remain on my lot and I presume remain charged to my project. it is now 12/2/2025 which is 11 days from the end of my project . I had to called several times to get the dumpster, plywood , and boxes of siding removed .The dumpster was removed 5 days after project after date communicated for pick ,up plywood 7 days , and tge five boxes of siding remain”
