Every time I cakled to check the status, I was told in process but NO ONE could give me a date or pass me to a manager. Finally Kaleigh O got my last call. She physically went into the warehouse and found my windows that had been there for sometime under my homes prior owners name Also during the install of the new windows (*not the replacement ones), a manager came out and "took a look" in my attic and the outside of my house. Said I needed new siding price went from 52,000 to 32,000 in less than 10 minutes. Oh but offer only good at that moment, not a day later. I just spent almost 7k, maybe give a customer time to get finances together. That felt like a crappy sales pitch requiring a rush decision on a lot of money”

“Overbearing Sales Tactics. A Sales Presentation for a Shingle replacement shouldn't take more than 1.5 hrs. I believe my presentation was 3 hours including a lunch break. Then while the new roof shingles were being installed a consultant, Patrick, stopped by and tried to convince me to replace my Gutters, Facia and Soffit too. His remarks about the knowledge of the original Sales Team were not very inspiring.”

Window lips and corners are roughly cut, uneven, and have dangerous sharp edges, window construction is not clean and I expected much higher quality window frames. Roof installation crew left several screws on the property which caused a tire puncture and could have caused a blowout. Considering your prices are 200% what other companies charge I expected flawlessness. I will not recommend Power in the future.”

“I'm surprised that an appointment with my quality contact was scheduled immediately after completion of the roof (same day), but I haven't heard anything yet about someone coming to check the siding job, which we have a few concerns about. When I decided to go forward with the window installation this summer, Chris came to do a thorough re-inspection and then quoted a consistent price. When Gavin came to do the final re-inspection, he quoted me a slightly reduced price to accommodate my need to have affected window shutters and drapery taken down before window installation and then put back up. The technicians who performed the installation under Sebastiafully n's supervision were highly skilled, efficient, and personable, finished the 11-window installation the same day and explained how the windows operate. They also left the interior of my home very clean.”

When we said we could not be there, they still showed up and did the work, but they didn't because the work is still not completed.”

We received several calls trying to move our job up even after we had scheduled our installation date based off our work schedules. I also was very unhappy with the fact that I was told I had to have a quality check when project was finished with both homeowners. I was told it would be brief, but it ended up being almost two hours. The “quality check” was actually a sales call that ended with the salesperson speaking about our finances. When I called to discuss my concerns with the installation office regarding the upsetting sales visits, I was told it was my fault for allowing the quality check to take place. I am still waiting for a resolution.”
