“I see reviews on the business lacking communication with the customers. Some things fall short after the salesman leaves. Please retrain salesman and not letting them give us false assumptions on things where they say we don't have to move things around while the workers tell us in person that we do need to move things around to make room for them to work. The reason I'm uncertain on recommending this business to others is due to the budget preferences. Some say it's too high for their budget.”

“Too many attempts at up selling. The original bay window I wanted couldn't it be installed and now I have a very expensive window I don't want and cannot replace. The installation process went very well, almost perfect, but with a few flaws in the actual products. It's one of those things where if I'm paying $1000 per window I expect them to be perfect, and they weren't.”
