“From start to finish, everything was 100% that they could control. We started the process in July. I had 3 separate projects they did. Power Home Remodeling replaced my gutters, replaced my shutters, encased all the wood siding, attic insulation with a radiant barrier, and lastly replaced 26 windows. It did not end until December. I enjoyed the fact I did not have to pay until the last project ended, which were the windows. They ordered the windows and were custom-made. That project was delayed by a month due to world happenings, but that was okay. The other 2 projects were on schedule. The installation crews were excellent and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for better finishing of a project for me as things went on. The window installation crew finished in 1 day out of 2 and cleaned up. I couldn't be happier. My house is almost 50 years old. I had the original construction windows. Since replacing all the windows, the difference has been quite telling!”

“Based on the sales pitch and initial project walkthrough we believed choosing Power Home was a good decision for our siding and gutter replacement project. However, after those initial discussions communication became problematic and project management was non-existent. I had to make multiple calls to try and speak with someone. Their main number/operators would transfer my call to an non-existent number. We were forced to shoulder additional expenses, which one representative (Steve) told us he would get refunded, but since that time he has not responded to any attempt to contact me. After the install groups left we collected several handfuls of nails that were left in our yard, one of which caused a flat tire on one of our cars. Several areas of the install work were left unfinished or at best unprofessional looking and the response was there is nothing they can do about it. I could probably go on, but while the materials appear to be good, I would not recommend Power Home because their in virtually no communication between them and the customer.”
“Had good experiences with Power until the latest work (siding replacement). In the process of installing the siding, they created approximately 100 nail pops inside the house. They disclosed this was a risk during the contracting process, but did not mention the extent (a "few" nail pops were expected, not 100. I was able to repair the majority of them, but I have about 15 that are at the ceiling line of two floor rooms (foyer and family rooms) that I cannot reach. I asked my project coordinator for help on this and he informed me that Power would not assist in any way. I have received multiple quotes from other contractors to fix these, and the costs are between $750-$1,000. I feel that Power should have a way of dealing with this type of issue after the fact (whether it is through a partner network who offers discounted services for these repairs caused by your work, or an internal team of drywall repair handymen.”

“They took 2 months to pickup the dumpster when they did the siding. I had to wait 6 months for any repairs that needed to be done. They didn't put the mailbox in the right spot. They were supposed to come out Friday to fix it, but they rescheduled it for May 3rd. They have terrible customer service. The work was done on November 14th or 15th, and the dumpster sat in front of my house until January 25th with asbestos in it.”

“I would caution my friends to ask questions about the project. When they did my Bay Window, they cut in only 1/2, windows would only go up 1/2 way. Drywall underneath is unfinished. The supervisor told me that is the way they do it. I was upset because no one discussed this with me or brought it to my attention. I will have to build a wooden cabinet underneath to finish off the bottom portion.”
