“Honestly, there were multiple issues. #1. My father-in-law is bed bound so I asked if there was a way to cover/surround him so he wouldn't get anything on him. I was told that Power could build a wall to cover him. I spoke with multiple people and they all said they could make it happen. However, I was told I had to tell the window team when they got to the site. My husband did that, but they didn't do it. #2. The team asked if they could remove the shutters on the outside of our house. I said as long as they put them back they could. I was then told after the fact that they couldn't put the shutters back up. Why ask the question then, why not just explain the situation. I find it inexcusable to act this way. I consider it lying. #3. While reading the approval documents at the end of service I was rushed so the team could go to the next location. However, they didn't do what was on the checklist. My husband cleaned up the area. They finally came in and did the HEPA vacuum and cleaning after I complained. I shouldn't have to remind them to do their jobs. That is not my job.”

Please inform your crew to police their nails and debris before departing.”

Then, he told us since we were "return" customers, the price would be discounted and changed the price to something much more reasonable. Looking back on the experience, it seems as though the price is initially given very high; then lowered to make it seem as though you are getting a great deal and more likely to go with POWER. I understand this approach from a business perspective, but personally, I prefer a basic "upfront" approach.”

Our sales rep took extra time on her visit to understand how to address our gutter covers and what needed to be done to ensure the warranty was intact. The roofing team let us know what was going to be done each day. The app helped us stay in tune with the progress and gave us access to the before and after pictures . The QA team ensured that we were satisfied during the process not just after completion. When we noticed that the top of the roofing was not symetrical, a contractor was sent out the next day to resolve it.”

In the grass I found some of the old gutter brackets. The gutter crew was not as good as the other teams. Started off dragging the tarps around. Two guys was carrying a tarp near my back deck and laid it on my steps. The guy carrying the back end and dropping it on the steps and stood back talking to the guy holding the front part. As I went down the steps with one foot on the driveway. Just as I brought my other foot up to step down the guy in the front holding the tarp move it and cought my foot and cause me to fall . My nlkneehit the concrete my jaw he the bumper on themy truck bumper.. I got up and got in the truck to leave. The guy in charged asked if I was ok. I just said I guess. Still can't lean on my knee. Clean up was bad also. Told them I'd be back in an hour but they left 15 minutes before I got back. Front porch gutter was too short and water spilled over the side. Had to come back and replace it.”

“I asked the salesman if there would be the danger of broken glass, if we'd lose windowsill width, and if we'd need to repaint after install. I was told not to worry about all those issues. After installation, I stepped on a piece of glass in our bathroom, lost the majority of my windowsill width, have to fill in the gouge marks around several windows, and repaint around every window. I pointed out that two of the screens arrived dented and was told new ones were ordered - that was two months ago and no one reached out to me.”

Aesthetically awkward at valley of two roof lines. Still awaiting a heavy rain to make sure water drains appropriately.”
