“The whole process with Power was great until the day of the job when I was promised, I would have somebody that I could speak with and understand. They fell a little short on that part, but did make good on all of it. I would still recommend this company. They have a patented cool air intake panel that goes around your entire roof. This helps keep the hot air out of your attic. The cooler air pushes the hotter air-out of the top vents. I do believe that this will definitely help the life of the shingles. You get a 50 year no depreciation warranty on the roof plus they ask for no money down. The roof looks great.”

“Power does very good work when it comes to their products. So far, their "lifetime warranty" is not just hype but a verified truism. My problem with Power, is their follow up care. Trying to get someone on the phone to answer a question or to supply you with needed paper work is worse than "pulling teeth!" This should not be. Not everyone has the luxury to wait on the telephone for 45 minutes or use up 48 hours to get four (4) sheets of paper sent to their email! Power needs to do better!”

However, while the installation was occurring their team unfortunately broke some large branches on my Japanese Maple tree. It was not an easy or well defined process on how to report issues that arose within the project. I have spoken with the project manager but have not received any follow up on what Power can do in this scenario. Again the work they were asked to do went well and I am happy with the overall results.”

“Excellent work, completed in one day. Now we have all new windows, 2 sliding patio doors, and a new front door from Power. (Today's work was 7 windows, 1 patio slider, and the front door.) Crew was great. Only criticism is that cleanup wasn't as thorough as I expected (lots of sharp plastic pieces were left in yard), and one hole left in drywall beneath a window was not repaired as crew leader had promised. So if I had the option, I would remove 1/2 star from final rating.”
