Wonderful experience with Ned and his crew (Kevin)! They showed up a couple days after booking and did an amazing job on my old gutters. Not only were they cleaned, but they fixed the areas in need of repair and reattached the spouts. After they were done, Kevin gave me a full report of what was done. I will definitely use them again and plan to book them in the fall.

The gutter cleaning itself was fine and as expected, but the crew needs to take more notice and care of plants, shrub beds, etc. below the gutters. During the job, there were issues with hoses getting dragged over some delicate plants. I did notice before too much damage occurred, but it would be helpful to have the crews have greater awareness before they start the job. Also, a greater notification window (currently less than an hour) would be helpful. If I wasn’t in the area and didn’t get back to the house, more damage would have occurred.

I hired this company to clean my gutters. I had paid in advance last fall for a fall and spring cleaning. The fall cleaning happened this March so we went through the winter with leaf-filled gutters; and the spring cleaning occurred just a couple weeks ago. The crew just showed up with only a text that morning telling me they were coming. They did not speak English at all so I could not communicate with them. They did not inspect the gutters for problems and based on oak flowers fluttering from the highest gutters today, they likely did not clean all of my gutters. I complained to the company about the lack of letting me know of the scheduled visit ahead of time and was told they schedule the work the day it is done. Period. The crew was not as respectful of my foundation plantings as they should have been. Based on poor scheduling and incomplete work, I cannot recommend this company and will not use them in the future.

Excellent work on a new gutter install. An old house with some odd rooflines, so I was worried it would be tricky to figure out. But Isaac and Marino handled it all with skill and confidence. Results look great!

I signed up for a one-time gutter cleaning, and that service itself was fine. However, afterward I started receiving constant emails and messages pushing additional services. Then crews began showing up without me specifically requesting the work, and I was charged nearly $500 without a clear explanation of what was actually done. I really dont want to pay for this but now they have me on autopay and it keeps charging me. Overall, the experience felt overly aggressive and frustrating. If you don’t want to be constantly upsold and potentially charged for services you didn’t clearly authorize, I would be cautious about using Ned’s.
