I scheduled a gutter cleaning, workers came out, they left a hang tag on my front door claiming the work was completed and there were no issues. Upon inspecting my gutters I find they’re still full of leaves. Calling customer service Monday to try to resolve, of not I’ll be disputing the charge on my card. I was charged, but no services were rendered. Update 4/8/26: spoke to customer service today and after some back and forth they acknowledged that they job was not completed and they have agreed to provide a full refund.

I had my gutters cleaned by Ned’s after finding them online and was so pleased. They cleaned off my roof as well. They suggested we get a metal cover for our chimney and came back to do this as well. Efficient, reliable and fairly priced!

Wonderful experience with Ned and his crew (Kevin)! They showed up a couple days after booking and did an amazing job on my old gutters. Not only were they cleaned, but they fixed the areas in need of repair and reattached the spouts. After they were done, Kevin gave me a full report of what was done. I will definitely use them again and plan to book them in the fall.

2 years into our gutter (i.e. out of warranty period), we are seeing the leaf guards for what they are - completely useless pieces of cheap metal wire mesh. The snow and ice completely devastated them. Having to replace entire leaf screen that Ned Stevens had installed. Total waste of money. This is entirely consistent with my first two years' of post installation experience with them - they do shoddy work, in-and-out in a jiffy and often show up to do cleaning without prior authorization. If you don't want to deal with someone who's just out to get your money, avoid this company.

Communication was fantastic, prices amazing. Customer service was responsive and quick to resolve any issues I had. Team did solid work both on gutter repair and window cleaning. Very satisfied with result and will continue to rely on Ned's!
