I scheduled a gutter cleaning, workers came out, they left a hang tag on my front door claiming the work was completed and there were no issues. Upon inspecting my gutters I find they’re still full of leaves. Calling customer service Monday to try to resolve, of not I’ll be disputing the charge on my card. I was charged, but no services were rendered. Update 4/8/26: spoke to customer service today and after some back and forth they acknowledged that they job was not completed and they have agreed to provide a full refund.

Thoroughly cleaned and inspected all the gutters, then rinsed out the gutters and dust, and cleaned and bagged up all the debris. He also took a photo and pointed out an issue with our gutters we wouldn’t have otherwise been aware of. I was very happy with their work.

Communication was fantastic, prices amazing. Customer service was responsive and quick to resolve any issues I had. Team did solid work both on gutter repair and window cleaning. Very satisfied with result and will continue to rely on Ned's!

I'm always very happy with the service I receive. Making the appointment for a gutter cleaning is simple and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The gutter crew does a great job and they always clean up once they're done.
